Anyone that still uses the bait and switch 80% of the actual price listing prices should ask themselves why carfax is doing so well. This is an old, nasty way of praying on people. And don't give me that "it is all in the disclaimer nonsense" and be transparent instead. NO HIDDEN FEES OR 3-4K HIDDEN DEPOSITS. Enter the 21 century for God's sake.

Just got a price on a 2024 BMW X3 for 33K. When you read the small print, it says that is the balance AFTER a 3995.00 down payment. Salesman said I didn't "specifically " ask about that when I spoke to him about price. So . while it is listed on their site, I would say this is sketchy at the very least. Go elsewhere where they are more upfront. Glad I looked before I wasted any more time.

My experience was better than I expected. I just went to look at a car wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase a car. Devon had my interest in hand. He advised me the car I was interested in wasn’t really as good as I thought. He gave me a better choice of car. It was one of my choices.

I really appreciated Julio being transparent and direct when it came to my purchase, I told him what I wanted and what I needed to purchase. He got right back to me and the dealership worked with me to get my vehicle delivered in a timely fashion. Will come back to purchase from them again.

We were promised an extended warranty with our purchase. After reminding the sales person four different times with no call back or response. Very disappointed in dealing with this car dealership.
