Great Service!

Just purchased a new car for my mother. Anthony was very polite, professional and patient! The manager was also very kind and flexible. They both did all they could to advocate for us with the banks and put us in the best loan/warranty that was possible. We are very grateful and would definitely purchase another car from them again. I highly recommend coming to Montclair Auto Exchange to purchase a new car! Ask for Anthony! Thank you for everything!

Great Service!

The Worst!!! I’m posting my review EVERYWHERE!

Please read ALL of this! I updated this review twice now! Such a great experience. When I went to a Honda Dealership I felt so pressured. This was so easy and Ricky was so helpful throughout the whole process! Gave us great options and explained everything so well. Just great service overall! I would really recommend this place to any of my friends or family. NOT!!!!!! Update: I really regret getting this car. They weren’t able to detail the car, so they told me to bring it back within that week. We brought it back, but for different reasons. The light for low tire pressure has been on since we drove off and the A/C just blows out HOT air. They said they fixed it and they did not. We brought the car back again the second time thinking everything was fine just so they can finally detail it, it was HORRIBLE. They didn’t do anything. I called today about the tire light on and the manager was not helpful at all. He said to put air in the tire to which I replied “I’m sure when we took it in the first time, you guys did that because that’s the most basic thing to do, and the light is still on, so no, I don’t think that’ll help.” Still kept telling me to just try to put air. Luckily (I guess) we did good by getting the warranty, we can get the A/C fixed through that. We’ve only had this car for 1-2 months and the light for tire rotation, oil change, AND braker fluid came on. I understand the car is used, but with everything wrong, it seems like they REALLY don’t care about what they’re selling people. It’s been past the 30 days so I can’t return it, and to trade it in, I have to give another down payment. I really don’t recommend coming here, if you do, turn on everything in the car to make sure it works. Update!!! It just keeps getting worse. The light went off for the low tire pressure when we changed the little thing where the air goes in, but it came back on after a week. We now have to get two new tires AND new break pads!!!!! It does not stop and they are no help at all!!! Don’t be fooled by these people!

Read contract before you sign!!

Read your contract before you sign!! They charged me $995 more than what they advertised the car for. This dealership is so unprofessional! Managers just pass on to other managers. No one takes care of the problems. I do not recommend nor will never buy from them again!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Xavier was so helpful! Ever since we first met him he’s been genuine with us and has been very helpful. He is very professional and considerate of the customers! I love my new car and i love the customer service experience that i had here. Will definitely do more business here!

CROOKS DON'T TRUST THEM

These people lie right to your face! They are still trying to add on a $1,000 for a tracking/security/antitheft system, also, ANOTHER $1,000 in dealer fees FOR WHAT? Im a cash buyer! I don't need any security tracking system on my car. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau last year and the owner called me apologizing that they do no such thing but he turned out to be a liar as well because they're still doing it!!! This time my salesman's name was Mark who never called me back because he knows what they are doing is illegal

Worst Car buying experience to date

Purchased a used 2017 328i BMW from this dealer. Went to test drive, they had lost the vehicle, couldn't find it for hours. Finally test drove and decided to purchase, (Clean Carfax) pending a few repairs be made to the vehicle (cracked headlight, repaint chips on the paint). Purchased the vehicle and I couldn't take it home due to paperwork issues on their end. Come back the next morning to take the vehicle, none of the windows would roll down. They diagnose it and say its the master switch, it gets replaced, still the same issues. They take my vehicle back in to diagnose the issues for a week, they give it back while they "approve" repair costs through management. I take the vehicle back 3 days later, then 2 weeks goes by that they HAVE my car I just purchased, before anything is fixed and it turns out the vehicle was in a rear end accident (BMW dealership told me) that they repaired after auction purchase (unreported) to insurance, the wiring in the rear bumper was affecting the cars back-up camera and causing electrical issues throughout the vehicle. After not having my vehicle for 3 weeks in the first month I owned it, all the issues finally were fixed, but not without hassle of dealing with them taking the vehicle to multiple repairs shops so they could find the most "budget friendly" repair service possible, because they did not want to let BMW dealership repair due to cost. I will never work with this dealership again. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would.

Great experience

They have plenty of options a lot of sport cars and commuter cars. Ricky & Christian made my purchase experience very smooth on my BMW. I will definitely be back

Great dealership with great options!👍

Everyone here was very helpful and friendly especially the salesperson named Freddy. He really helped me out the whole time I was there and made the whole process quick so thanks to him I went home with a new and reliable car.

Do no recommend this place

stated is was warranty ? 250 cancelation 500 restocking fee . The cancellation was highlight so that’s what I signed . I later found out I could not return the vehicle due to the contract . I called Omar stated the signs are all over the building and the contract can be tricky but yet I never received a tour of the building . Do I snoop around while signing my paper work or have good faith in the sales team . Hope they call me back for that tour . After reading all the reviews . I say stay away from this place . Oh and the cluster gas light front right passenger light don’t work either . 1 signature is going to cost me 25k because Omar ultimately makes the final decision if he chooses to take the car back or not .. The state of California will favor the dealer over you due to that contract .
