A good experience

We visited Wesley Chapel Toyota this last Saturday and drew a good Salesperson. John Millaway was a tremendous help and worked several hours to get what I was looking for. His direction and suggestions were instrumental in helping us to find my new Tacoma. I love this truck and seems to be exactly what I wanted. Thanks again John.

Quality buying experience

It was very comforting having Amira work with us in our car buying experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in Toyota brand. Not only does she seem to feel strongly about the Toyota brand, but also believes in the great quality of work of the whole Wesley Chapel team. With that said, she did not pressure into buying a car, but instead educated us to feel comfortable with our choice.

Incredible service and warm, genuine connection with dealers

The dealer Amanda Baron is such an amazing car dealer, as well as an amazing person! I was consistently taken care of and treated there as more than just a customer by her. She will help you with anything you need with little to no questions asked. She always has your best interest at heart and will make sure you walk out of there will a smile on your face. As a first time buyer, i heard a lot of great things about her, but experiencing first hand while buying a car myself really showed what a caring, diligent individual she is. She will go completely out of her way for you and I always feel safe when doing business with her.

Christopher Joseph was amazing.

Christopher Joseph sat with us for nearly 3 hours going over every detail without ever getting pushy. He really makes you feel like family. I would recommend Chris to anyone thinking about getting a new car. He's awesome.

David treated us like family. There wasn't a lot of pressure to sell, sell, sell. However, when the discussions were done, I did buy a nice 4-Runner.

Friendly helpful service

Mark Howard is helpful and knowledgeable when you are looking for a new Toyota..... he will make sure you know where all the gadgets are and how to use them before you drive off in your new car......

Pleasant auto purchase!

This was a pleasant auto buying experience from start to finish. I had walked away from two other dealers due to the indifferent attitudes I encountered. There was none of that from the personnel at Wesley Chapel. From the initial internet and phone contacts, to the time I went in person to finalize the deal, all the people I encountered were friendly and professional. They found the truck I wanted, at a fair price, with no hassles. Again, special thanks to Amanda for making things painless.

Not all Day

We had a very informative buying experience that exceeded our expectations thanks to Andy Ghelfi. We were in @8:00 and out by 11:15 AM. We have never purchased a car in that short length of time. Thank you Andy and Hugh Palmer for serving us.
