New Purchase

My husband and I were looking for a second vehicle Our Salesman Jack was great he was very patient and listened to our needs and financial restrictions. After looking around for a while with Jacks help we were able to find a great pre-owned very low miles Camry that fit our budget. We actually got more car than we thought we could Thanks Jack and our Finance professional for a quick easy process....

Great Buying Experience

I live in Kissimmee which is almost 75 miles away from Wesley Chapel Toyota and yet, I have purchased two cars from Salesman Jack Peck and WCT> They are friendly, up front about pricing, customer oriented and intent on making you feel like you are important to them. I drove past many dealerships to get to them and the reason is simple, there is no better dealer around. I would recommend them for anything! Great Job! We are really happy with our Camry Hybrid XLE. Thanks for everything.

Purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla "S"

Very good sales team and financing department, especially Mark Howard. He took the time to make sure we were happy with the price of our trade-in, as well as the new car. I would recommend him to be Sales Manager if it were up to me.

Great Experience!!!

I purchased a 2015 Tundra with the help of Charlie Barba. He did a great job showing us the truck on site and thoroughly explaining all the options available. We left with a firm quote including the buyback price of my trade-in and went home to think things over. Charlie sent me a thank you card for coming out but other than that did not make a pest of himself by calling me to hurry things up. We had already completed our research before going to the dealer so all we had to do is decide whether we could afford the payments. We finally made our decision and went back to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Charlie helped us with the paperwork. Eric came by and was also helpful. Frank made the rest of the purchase process go smoothly and was very knowledgeable about Toyota products in general. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a Toyota. The employees are well trained and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Just purchased a new car

My mother was in the market a new car, we went to a few other dealerships but was unable to find anything to suit her needs and wants. I gave Steve a call and immediately he was able to find us multiple options. Steve and Albert explained the buying process very well making my mother feel very comfortable, and happy with her choice, and to top it off Kelly did a great job going over the final paperwork. This was a great experience because of the exceptional customer service they all provided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Fist car buying process

I was shopping around for a new car, as my lease was going to be up soon, and I have never had a better experience with a car dealership than I ever had with Wesley Chapel Toyota and the three staff members that I primarily dealt with. I was there for a few hours as I was asking as many questions as I could think of, however, it did not feel like I was there for very long due to the atmosphere and the skill set that the staff has. I felt like I was able to make my own conclusions when coming to buying the car (Corolla S Plus) and I never felt "pushed" into buying anything. David Rivera was an excellent sales associate and answered all my questions clear and concisely, as did Frank and Toni. If you're looking for a great deal with great staff, this is definitely the place!!

my experience with wesley chapel toyota

what i experience at Wesley chapel Toyota was that the people very friendly and they bought my mom ,son and myself lunch and i had a very pleasant time. And Jim pettus took me around the lot and showed me the different Camry for me to choose from. And I drove my Toyota Camry off the lot on DEC 27 2014. so if you want the ultimate car buying experience go and see Jim pettus at Wesley chapel Toyota
