Jesse and Sam were very nice about the transaction, test
Jesse and Sam were very nice about the transaction, test drives etc. Walked in there ready to by 4 vehicles for my business, ended up just getting two and we are glad we ONLY got the two. rare Ford Explorer Timberline’s in white. Great price, easy cash/trade deal. BUT there were some flaws on one of the Timberlines and they promised me to send the parts for the radiator and coolant retainers that were broken in the accident that made these Branded titles. 2 months later, no registration sent yet, and Addison, Sam and Jesse just lie to me. Bummed this turned out this way, was looking forward to a long term relationship to get fleet vehicles every year. Do not buy a car unless it is exactly as promised or you will be left in the dark by the dealership.

The sales person failed to mention that the title was branded and mileage was rolled back - actual mileage was over 60K but was advertised as 22K.

Don’t buy newer expensive vehicles from these people!
Don’t buy newer expensive vehicles from these people!!!!! I bought a newer vehicle from them and I’ve dumped about 5k into it because of a bunch of problems. The sales people were nice and the buying was easy. I less you have some money left over buy the standard models from these folks. Buyer beware!!!

Staff was friendly, but everything else was one red flag
Staff was friendly, but everything else was one red flag after another. We purchased a vehicle with them online and they assured us that despite it being a salvage title, it had been repaired. We mistakenly believed them and went through with it even though they were unable to provide any document showing the repairs that had been done (this is a legal requirement for a salvage title btw). I was unsure about it at this point but husband wanted to continue. We put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and drove the 6 hour drive to pick it up (don't live near any dealerships). They called us the same day after we had already driven the 6 hours and said that the vehicle was not going to be ready for pickup until the next day because they had to send it for a "final inspection" (red flag). Then they called the next morning and said the services "were backed up", so it still wasn't ready for pickup (red flag). Then they called a few minutes later saying that a part of it was "actually broken" and needed repaired and that it wouldn't be fixed for a ehile since they had to order a part for it!! (Red flag). They then offered us another vehicle within a higher price range for the same price of the vehicle that we originally purchased. Yes, a great deal but also a major red flag. We decided to end the contract and found something similar at another nearby dealership for the same price and clean title, which we were able to drive off the lot that day. We did not receive any reimbursement and they didn't give us back the holding deposit!!!! When we call them they won't answer. They basically completely ghosted us because they don't want to give the money back. Something is definitely not right with this dealership. Why would they even be selling a vehicle that hasn't passed inspection in the first place?? We will definitely be reporting them. I do not recommend you buy from this place. There word cannot be trusted and they have zero integrity.

Overall a bad experience.
Overall a bad experience. My sales guy was great, management was awful. I asked for meager $500 off a truck b/c the title on it was not only branded/salvaged which was fine, but it also had a mileage fraud flaw on the title so it says mileage may not be actual mileage, and that miles are unknown. I explained to the finance manager that I would like to offer $500 less on the truck b/c of the mileage issue on the title. Wrecks, dings, scratches, and parts can be replaced, but this vital flaw on title would never leave a buyer any confidence in buying it from me a few years down the road so the additional $500 off would just help me get into the truck slightly better off. I looked over the numbers with the finance lady even though they wouldn't come down. I then saw an almost $1,000 fee for a security device called lojack they try and charge every single customer. They don't tell you it's optional until you protest. Then, even taking it off, they still try and charge you $295 for Lojack even though they've taken it off the vehicle. It's a huge money making ploy for the dealer. They never tell you about this until you go to sign documents. Then they throw in automatic GAP insurance and nearly a $500 doc fee, and a nearly $250 inspection fee. And the finance lady was way too pressure salesy. She wasn't a good listener at all and kept asking me the same question, seemingly not listening to my response. I was able to leave the dealership to go and look at another vehicle when on my way, Nexgen texts me back saying that the finance manager would like to contact me because he can help me and do better for me all of a sudden. I wasn't interested. I gave a very good offer in good faith with an 800 credit score, down payment, & credit app already filled out after driving from out state. Only when I left the dealership did they decide that suddenly my meager $500 reduction in price was in realty a pretty reasonable request. The management of Nexgen isn't doing their image any favors.

They ran our credit for a car we were going to buy, we
They ran our credit for a car we were going to buy, we were planning to go and finalize everything and hopefully purchase that day. As we were in the process, after our credit and other numbers had been ran, they called and said they sold it to someone else. We had filled out all the paperwork and called multiple times that day to get it finalized. Horrible, horrible experience. I wouldn't send anyone there. I have never been treated more poorly at a dealership or anywhere else. Sad part was, we were considering more than one purchase and will no longer work with people so dishonest.

FRAUD.
FRAUD. I could write a book. To keep it short; jeep took forever to be shipped, when it came off delivery truck had a check engine code, heated seats did not work, and ac was not cold. Contacted my salesman immediately and was shrugged off. Stopped responding to me so I kept calling from different phones. They told me to take to my mechanic and get it checked and they would cover the cost to diagnose. Ended up stiffing my mechanic and ghosting him and I. The elements in the heated seats were bad, ac needed to be charged, and check engine is an evap leak which in turn makes remote start not work. Would have never purchased if any of this was disclosed. Got the salesman line of "owned by a nice retired couple", when I got title I facebooked the previous owner and contacted him and he told me some of the issues he'd been having. I could go on and on. Filing with BBB and CPA. RUN from nexgen

Not upfront at all.
Not upfront at all. Lots of the vehicles have been in wrecks, salvage titles etc and you won't know it unless you request the carfax report.
