Charges a $899 reconditioning fee on a car with 16000
Charges a $899 reconditioning fee on a car with 16000 miles….they removed the fee when I complained but also removed a $500 on line coupon to compensate for removing a fee that shouldn’t be there in the first place….only thing they did to the vehicle was new wiper blades…

I worked with Irish Mike who was very nice. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus which wasn't the car I was most interested in. I was told that car had sold. Mike was very patient with me when went for a test drive and back. When I made up my mind I was told we would have to go to the Automall for the financing as this location didn't have a finance manager (1st strike). After 5 hours total I was the owner of the car. I got home and saw cars.com's ad for the same car...at approx $1,500 less. When I voiced my opinion on the difference in price (the price in the ad was before something or other was fixed) I wasn't offered anything to offset even a part of the difference in price. Would I come back? Maybe. Just make sure that you have any prices offered on any sites at your ready so you aren't overcharged.

Having been recently diagnosed with cancer I could no longer work and so could not afford the payments on my brand new car. I went to Gary Yeomans Used Cars here in Daytona Beach and purchased one of their under $10,000 used vehicles – a beautiful Ford Fusion. After test-driving the Ford Fusion I knew right away that I wanted it. During negotiations there seemed to be a misunderstanding concerning sticker price and fine print price, and that’s when Sales Manager Mr. Mike Grubbs stepped in and told me that he did not want to lose me as a customer and was willing to greatly reduce the fine print. Mr. Mike Grubbs, Mr. “Irish Mike” Hutchinson and the whole team at Gary Yeomans Used Cars went far beyond expectations. They saved me a great deal of money and closed the deal late Saturday evening when I thought no way this was getting done before Monday. And I happen to like this 2013 Ford Fusion better than I did the 2020 car I had to get rid of. Five Star review for Mr. Mike Grubbs and his whole team at Gary Yeomans Used Cars on Nova Road in Daytona Beach.
