My payment went up and I said I wanted to the payment I had and next time I will shop around for a better price I have as a credit with toyota I have lease maybe 10 trucks

I took my vehicle in for a recall repair. I was a little early for my appointment, but was greeted warmly when I drove up and was directed to a waiting area. I was very quickly helped and when the paper work was completed, I was directed to the comfortable waiting area. The repair was completed quite quickly, and my car was given a complementary vacuum and exterior wash.

We bought our last two cars from Hany Arian when it was Ira Toyota. He listened to what we wanted and then suggested the vehicles he thought would fit our needs. He made sure that we test drove a few so we would get the one that best fit. He did not give us the 'car salesman' pitch. He showed and explained the features. This last time - the 3rd car in 3 years - we went to DCH Toyota looking for Hany. We again told him what we wanted. They didn't have it on the lot but DCH found it at another dealership in the western part of the state and brought it in for us. Hany always makes us feel like we are friends and family. This time we also met Austin James Bond - the finance man. He too was extremely friendly and must have learned well from Mark! We have also had excellent service within the service department. We see William as our service rep and have had pleasant interactions with the service manager Tim. Very good service all around!
