This was the customer support he could offer: 1. Just wait indefinitely. 2. He did not offer to plug in the car to protect the battery from excessive ambient temperature. 3. He did not offer a loaner/ rental or any direction for a customer who was stuck with the predicament of an undrivable car that is now unsellable at fair market value. 4. I asked for a car loaner and was told that he needed to check to see if I qualified. 2 days later the loaner was approved and ordered. After 2 weeks of being without a car, I had to get myself to Hertz in Ventura to pick up the rental.
