Called to get a prize on a vehicle for my daughter. Confused about the Outdoor price with all the hidden fees and they could not give me an accurate number. Dealership is very shady.

Advertised price of a Titan XD is $46,250. I put an inquire online with cars.com and got a call from Lucas Llinas quoting me $39,820 (nice!!!). I asked for a drive out price and got a $69,231 quote. These guys are not serious!!!

1/5 - Fraudulent Pricing, Fake Reviews & Credit Report

1/5 - Fraudulent Pricing, Fake Reviews & Credit Report Abuse Warning: This dealership operates dishonestly on multiple fronts. 1. Fake Google Reviews (4.8 Rating) - Their "excellent" 4.8 Google rating is clearly manipulated: - Most 5-star reviews come from empty accounts (check profiles - no photos, single review) - Real customer experiences reflect a 1.8 Yelp rating - the truth is buried 2. $4,800+ in Fraudulent Fees They tried charging me for: - "Hgreg Difference" ($1,995) - Pure dealer markup with no justification - Electronic Registration ($899) - Actual Florida DMV cost: $100 - "Pre-Delivery Service" ($1,299) - For what? A car wash? - Inspection Fee ($895) - 3x the market rate ($200-300) 3. Unethical Business Practice - Ghosted me for a week when questioning charges - Pulled my credit report TWICE without explanation (hurting my credit score) - Only responded after I threatened to walk away 4. What This Means For You - Their Google rating is artificially inflated by fake accounts - They bank on customers not checking Yelp/Reddit for real reviews - Standard tactic: wear you down until you accept their scams DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. Google needs to investigate their review fraud immediately. #DealerFraud #FakeReviews #CreditReportAbuse #AvoidNissanKendall

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

SCAM!

SCAM! Called for a car listed at $12600, they said there would be about $2000 in fees (dealer fee is $1299 +tax +registration)... However when I arrived it was $6500 in fees!!!!!!!!! AND the car was listed wrong, said keyless start but it only had a manual key. AND to make it worse they only had the valet key, no buttons to unlock the door, all manual. They put paint protector on the car ($100?) and due to that they force a $2000 warranty on you whether you want it or not.

This was our third car with Nissan in general, 2nd with HGreg. Started to have problems the car dropping in neutral while driving at any speeds. Proceeded with the lemon law and HGreg decided to ground the car and return back to Nissan. While i kept paying for the car. Unfortunately the State's Lemon Law can't find a resolution since I currently don't have possession of the car. HGreg GM knew what he was doing by getting rid of the car.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with HGreg Nissan Kendall, located at 17305 S Dixie Hwy, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. My transaction, which began on December 30, 2024, was handled with repeated delays, miscommunication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I purchased a 2020 Subaru Legacy (VIN: 4S4BTANC9L3260050) and completed all necessary paperwork, including financing through my credit union. As part of the deal, my trade-in was sold, and the loan was paid off. However, the dealership failed to deliver the vehicle in a timely manner, continuously pushing the delivery date with vague assurances that it would be ready “next week.” After nearly two months of waiting, I received a sudden call from Haddi, the General Sales Manager, on February 7, 2025, informing me that the vehicle could not be repaired and that they would need to unwind the deal. While frustrating, I was at least relieved that they had agreed to issue a refund. Unfortunately, that relief was short-lived, as they have since delayed and failed to process my refund. Despite numerous follow-ups and even sending a formal demand letter on February 12, 2025, I have yet to receive any portion of my refund or a clear timeline for resolution. Instead, I have been met with more delays, as the dealership has stated that processing my refund could take anywhere from two weeks to a month. In the meantime, I am still responsible for an active loan with my credit union that should have been closed once the refund was issued. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency, accountability, and urgency from HGreg Nissan Kendall has caused significant financial hardship and frustration. A reputable dealership should stand by its commitments, especially when a customer’s finances are at stake. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from HGreg Nissan Kendall to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, their promises cannot be trusted, and their customer service is severely lacking.
