Hoy es 07/13/25 . En la tarde este día me dirigí desde Miami hasta West Palm Beach a este lugar a comprar un carro ( LINCOLN MKZ 2018 ) . Manejé casi 80 millas porque este carro me gustaba mucho e iba decidido a comprarlo . Cuando llegué allí fui tratado con una amabilidad difícil de describir por lo bien que me sentí en ese momento . Pasaron unos minutos hasta que nos sentamos frente a frente con una persona ( a la cual le doy gracias 🙏🏽) por serme sincero y dejarme saber que el precio del carro nada tenía que ver con el publicado en internet ya que este precio (17497 dólares ) se le deberían sumar 4000 dólares más entre FEES y demás y demás aumentos . Considero una falta de respeto por parte de este dealer cosas como estas que no son más que una MENTIRA para atraer clientes . Gracias a esta persona que NO NOS HIZO PERDER EL TIEMPO Y NOS HABLÓ CLARO DESDE UN INICIO !!! Me Encargaré de compartir esta opinión por todas sus dependencias por todo el país para ver si muchas personas la ven y no caigan en trampas como estas !! Al final , TIEMPO PERDIDO POR UNA MENTIRA PUBLICADA EN INTERNET !!!! Al final el precio real de este carrito serían 21497 o quizás un poco más !!!!

I called and spoke with Andy Perez I explained my situation regarding my credit. He said no problem will work with you. I had a 6pm appt with Roman in West palm beach. He was rude, nasty n told me flat out he cant do nothing for me. REALLY?? According to your web site you help people. I had a $3000 deposit to. No worries I got approved at Palm Beach Kia. Thanks for waiting my time. So unprofessional.

I've bought my car from that place and no later than two

I've bought my car from that place and no later than two weeks that I had the car I had to do service to the car and had to pay $600 out of pocket. Also be aware of the hidden fees that is 3700. Also I clearly signed a paper that states that I DO NOT wanted to share my email to any third parties such as different companies sending me emails and now I've been seeing spam mail every day. I do not recommend this dealership for anyone and if you already bought a car from this dealership good luck with your purchase.

TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership is a scam!!!! $3500 IN DEALERSHIP FEES!!!! Tried to scam my daughter into 16% interest rate on top of the extra $3500 fees for a retail not wholesale priced car. We left. Today they called and offered 6% interest. WHAT A JOKE. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL WARN EVERYONE NOT TO GO. And we are looking for 3 vehicles for my household.

Hgreg claims to do an inspection of the lighting and all

Hgreg claims to do an inspection of the lighting and all other parts of the car they sell before selling it. With that in mind, i paid 149$ to have a 2023 Mercedes EQB shipped from West Palm store to the Tampa store and when it got there the car had condensation in the passenger headlight and the lights malfunction. As a consumer its not fair to me because i had to purchase the car before they would fix the light ... so i purchase the car but after i purchased the car & paid for shipping they said it would be 3 weeks before it could get serviced. Mind you, the car supposed to have passed Hgreg inspection of the lighting prior to being listed for sale. .... To sum it up, Hgreg lied about the inspection and i cant get a refund .and if i want to exchange for another vehicle i have to pay another shipping fee. .. They give sleezy salesmen a whole new plateau . ***pictured is the car 30 mins after i locked the doors and the lights switch was in the off position. Why is the parking lights on and why is only 1 light on , if the lighting passed Hgreg inspection ??? i feel like a victim and im hoping Hgreg get me strait. i purchased bumper to bumper warranty and insurance #TruReal (i really just want my money back, but the "5 day 500 mile worry free buying" is for exchanges only. A company with real integrity would refund me since the inspection didnt inspect.) ... ...squid xxx salesmen hit me with the bait & switch. The Better Business B coming to check the integrity tho.

Went and looked at 2 cars today.

Went and looked at 2 cars today.. was paying cash. One car was 11k one was 7500. They had the nerve with cash to tack on 3500 in fees. Warranty that covered ceramic windshield and hubcap protection. Are you crazy??????? 7500 car now almost 14k with taxes and tag ant their BOGUS fees… Only people who buy here are bad credit 0 money down people!!!! Run for your life !!!!!

It was kept from me that my car was in a previous

It was kept from me that my car was in a previous accident, they pushed the carfax which showed no accidents reported but come to find out on the autocheck it was in an accident. I got the car transported from Orlando and their manager at that location specifically told me they're required in their store at least to provide autocheck so Im like xxxx... I didnt even get an opportunity to make an conscious decision to go through with the sale or not that's been in an accident. I would of said no if i knew Or I could of at least negotiated a lower price! It gets worst! The manager Diego told me the rubber piece of my window that was messed up was covered under warranty. I go to get it fixed to be told it wasnt under warranty! I have a whole video of the service crew pointing out additional cosmetic issues as well.I confronted him about it and he tells me he never told me that and I'm like the whole reason I went in the 1st place was because you told me smh. I just wanted to get 1 of my dream cars and feel it was worth it. I now have negative equity for a car i didn't need in the 1st place They even kept mixing up choice of words Telling me I can "return" or exchange the car in 5 days or 500 miles to later tell me it's only an exchange! So regardless if I came back the next day and didn't want the car i was stuck with it because I couldn't return it and they didn't have another car for me to exchange it for. Almost every dealer I visited to get an appraisal for my car pretty much told me they f'd me over and I should return it. There's no accountability. I haven't had the car for a month yet. I've been stressing to find a way out this situation. I want the car just not this one! Their inspection process is pathetic which was included in the pre delivery charge. What sucks is this will be considered a he say she say situation. I wasnt expecting to be steered the wrong way. I'm tired of different people telling me what they did was messed up or unlawful.
