Bought a beautiful car from them , however the whole engine was no good! They knew that too! They are scam artist and it’s unfortunate they have these laws to protect them, the car lasted 13 weeks! They acted like they wanted to help but it was all xxxxxxxx! Be careful and DONT TRUST THEM!

They stole a $200 deposit from me. When I called to follow up about next steps of the deposit I put down to hold a car the salesman said the car had been sold the day i paid for the deposit, that he was unaware at the time I made the deposit. He told me he would have to work with the office to get the refund. This was 5/5/26. Today is 3/6/26 never got the refund. Within these 2 months I've called relentlessly and kept getting passed around and said I would get a call back lm In fact the salesman said I left a 1 star review on Google because of this experience. I was told if I take the review down they can "cut me a check" in other words give me back what's rightfully mines. I expressed that the money was mine to begin with and never should have been taken, so it's really not up to them to say they will refund me unless I do xyz. So in response to this the salesman responded to my comment now stating lies that I never came in to sign for the car and basically saying the car was available for 2 weeks after I made the deposit which is a complete lie. THEY ARE HUSTLESERS AND IM ABOUT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW. I've also filed a claim. They are sooo petty couldn't even give me my $200. Smh their choice

Dealer consistently lists their cars as having a manual transmission when they all seem to be automatics. While this might not be a big deal for the average consumer who wants an auto trans car, it is very irritating to use the Cars.com filters to find the car you want only to have this type of dealership messing with the algorithm.

Incompetent and untrustworthy company. Very disappointed to be surprised with a $699 Lojack charge and their inability to try to correct or even admit their mistake (go ahead and listen to the recorded conversations guys) lost them their sale and me a $200 deposit.

This company is another reason why used car dealers get such a bad rep. Be ready to add another $699 to the price of the car, that they may or may not tell you about until your reviewing the sales agreement. (in my case the "forgot" to mention the extra charge)

I liked the dealership sales agent Daniel was interested in a car called about it they told me it was sold but showed me another car that I liked ,bought it interauto is a nice dealership to go to when you want to buy a car the sales people are very helpful, listen to you

These people are scam artists . From John to jd to Azamat to Dan . I bought a car in mid July 2025 with 47k miles it's December 2025 now with 4K mile put on it . I have have had engine light after engine light issue for a cylinder misfire . Everytime I brought it in I had to call and call to get an appointment then basically beg for a receipt on what was done to the car which they would never produce . I stopped calling and started texting as I had no proof I was even there . I recently had the same engine light go off and had the car back to fix a seatbelt that the promised me would be fixed in July . They fixed the seatbelt then flipped the engine light off and sent it back stating my car is now out of warranty and they don't have to fix anything as I have driven it 4K miles in 6 months . They are a group of con men who weasel their way out of doing what's right . Do yourselves a favor and run to a different dealer . They have zero common courtesy zero professionalism zero customer service and zero morals . I wish I could give zero stars. They are the epitome of what a used slimy car salesman is . Update now they are claiming I never had an engine issue this whole time and if I want them to look at it it will cost me $100 an hr . They had the car for 10 days right before thanksgiving and shut the light off and never even looked at the engine and then told me the car was all set . Their emails to follow . His reply was that I haven't called them since July ... which is my stupidity for not having everything in writing . And now it's because I threatened all of their employees which I haven't . I told them I was extremely annoyed and angry ... apparently that's threatening to these snowflakes
