They were busy, though staff was attentive, the cars are not in good shape, and not much room to negotiate. They didn't hear me saying the cars were too small and to much cosmetic damage, but tried to sell me an older smaller model, because that was what I was willing to pay. Paint jobs and body work add thousands to the price they are trying to sell there cars at.

Terrible Service.
Terrible Service. They do not know how to work on vehicles. They are not a proper mechanic and want to fix issues in house. They couldn't even fix a simple oil leak. I went and brought the vehicle to Volkswagen after oil leaking all over my driveway and come to find out it needed a whole new timing job in the turbo was leaking coolant so I then took it to another mechanic to have a second opinion to make sure that Volkswagen was giving me the right information and it was all accurate. I then reached out to the car dealership and asked them to just reimburse me for the parts not the labor because I did not trust them to do the correct repairs as they were already supposed to be done and they did not do them. Of course they said we have to do all the repairs in House. We're not obligated to pay you back. I tried to give them an opportunity to do the right thing at the end of the day. It's a terrible place to do business and I would not ever recommend anyone to go here. They will try to make it seem like they work so hard to get these cars ready to be sold and it's a complete false narrative. They are a scam artist.

Interauto's rules are unique in my experience.
Interauto's rules are unique in my experience. So there was lots to learn, but with their patience and thoroughness, we made it work, and mostly it seems to be for the better. This is the first time that I bought a car: 1) since 1986 (my first car) without transferring an old registration (partly due to damaged but legible plate that was of concern to Interauto and another mechanic, but new registration seems to be the norm for Interauto); 2) being required to get lojack and/or pay a dealer fee; 3) (if I recall) where the dealer took responsiblity for the inspection without being an inspection station; 4) (since 1986) not being allowed to pick up the car on the presumed test-drive/payment date (but this way I could use a personal check, and could use up some gas in my tradein car); 5) picking up the car at night and on the way home from skiing, having to move 2 pairs of skis and lots more to the new car, a 2012 Fiat 500 (where it fits!); 6) of a model that doesn't always include a spare tire (but I kept mine from my Yaris, apparently compatible with the Fiat).

very poor , bought the car and the glove box didn’t open
very poor , bought the car and the glove box didn’t open , they fixed it but ripped the door, needed a outside mirror and asked to make sure they used a Cadillac mirror, they put a $12. glass on now I don’t have lane monitor and heated mirror. I just replaced the blown out front shocks that they said were good and now the car sits 2 1/2” higher like it should! I would not let them put gas in my lawnmower , but that’s why used car dealer have that rep!!!
