I liked the dealership sales agent Daniel was interested in a car called about it they told me it was sold but showed me another car that I liked ,bought it interauto is a nice dealership to go to when you want to buy a car the sales people are very helpful, listen to you

These people are scam artists .
These people are scam artists . From John to jd to Azamat to Dan . I bought a car in mid July 2025 with 47k miles it's December 2025 now with 4K mile put on it . I have have had engine light after engine light issue for a cylinder misfire . Everytime I brought it in I had to call and call to get an appointment then basically beg for a receipt on what was done to the car which they would never produce . I stopped calling and started texting as I had no proof I was even there . I recently had the same engine light go off and had the car back to fix a seatbelt that the promised me would be fixed in July . They fixed the seatbelt then flipped the engine light off and sent it back stating my car is now out of warranty and they don't have to fix anything as I have driven it 4K miles in 6 months . They are a group of con men who weasel their way out of doing what's right . Do yourselves a favor and run to a different dealer . They have zero common courtesy zero professionalism zero customer service and zero morals . I wish I could give zero stars. They are the epitome of what a used slimy car salesman is . Update now they are claiming I never had an engine issue this whole time and if I want them to look at it it will cost me $100 an hr . They had the car for 10 days right before thanksgiving and shut the light off and never even looked at the engine and then told me the car was all set . Their emails to follow . His reply was that I haven't called them since July ... which is my stupidity for not having everything in writing . And now it's because I threatened all of their employees which I haven't . I told them I was extremely annoyed and angry ... apparently that's threatening to these snowflakes

A great new location and showroom full of friendly folks and clean cars. Shopping for used cars is never really fun, but with no pressure salesmen like Matty and their impressive new spot, Inter Auto is definitely a step above the rest.

Nice sales person, helpful, easy to test drive. Agreed to fix a steering system problem before delivery. A downside is add a $700 LoJack to sale without option of omitting it. $600 document fee is also on high side.

They were busy, though staff was attentive, the cars are
They were busy, though staff was attentive, the cars are not in good shape, and not much room to negotiate. They didn't hear me saying the cars were too small and to much cosmetic damage, but tried to sell me an older smaller model, because that was what I was willing to pay. Paint jobs and body work add thousands to the price they are trying to sell there cars at.
