It is never a quick process to purchase or lease a new vehicle, and even though I was pre-approved for financing and knew the vehicle I wanted down to the VIN number from shopping online, it still took 5 hours. The dealership itself is clean and sunny, and the people are friendly and offer snacks to try to make the time devoted to the project go by a little faster. I was not happy with the amount offered for my trade in, as it was less than half the CARMAX book value, and if I had to do it again I would donate the vehicle instead. The salesman was new to the dealership but did his best to find answers to what he didn't already know and was super helpful and positive.

I damaged a tire. I needed to replace the tire. My service advisor noticed I had two damaged tires. I replaced both. I am grateful they took care of the problem I came in with and a potential problem I was not aware of. Additionally I was offered rides to and from home so all is good.
