Found what I wanted

I called ahead to get information about an almost new Subaru that I saw on cars.com. Denny, the sales person, was helpful on the phone and in person. I ended up purchasing the car and trading in my VW. The process was mostly painless, although I dislike the negotiations process and the involvement of a manager. My only real frustration was in trying to get the dealership to correct a mistake they had made in the paperwork. It took me 3 phone calls to the dealership, and required me to do the information gathering from title agencies in two counties-tasks that should have been completed by the dealership. I believe that if the sales person and the finance person had listened to me, none of the extra work would have been necessary. Further, I was not offered any explanation or apology.
