Steven Duncan was my service advisor and was friendly, very articulate in what I needed to have done and when my car would be ready. Adrian was my technician and did a great job, he is very conscientious and good at his job. I am always pleased with the service I receive from Steven and Adrian.

was not a great experience....difficult time with loaner...

was not a great experience....difficult time with loaner vehicle and no communication from them....I was the one who had to keep calling....my truck with 7800 miles should not need lifters either

Only issue was waited a week on parts. I have Allstate car care. Greg Rivers dealt with allstate car care the whole time with no issues.

Took 2 half hours for an oil change. Was told I needed...

Took 2 half hours for an oil change. Was told I needed new brake pads at $1200! Took it elsewhere only needed front done and was only $364. Shame on you!!!

They were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure I was in the vehicle I wanted…I didn’t feel as if I was being forced to make a purchase and at most dealerships I do.

I BROUGHT MY SAFARI IN FOR BEING SLUGGIISH AND SPENT...

I BROUGHT MY SAFARI IN FOR BEING SLUGGIISH AND SPENT $8000 BETWEEN YOU AND OTHERS TO CORRECT IT. I CAME TO YOU FIRST AND OVER 3 DROP OFFS AND ALL THAT ENTAILS, YOU COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. MONROE MUFFLER DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM TO BE A BAD CATALYTIC CONVERTER. WHY COULDNT A BRAND NEW MULTIMILLION DOLLAR DEALERSHIP NOT BE ABLE TO FIND SOMETHING SO SIMPLE?
