Other than Will, out car pick-up was horrible....it took more than 3 hours, we missed our granddaughter's birthday party, and we had to come back as only one key/FOB was found for the car. Our experience was horrible !!! I will not come back but will share my thoughts with many!

Great experience! Andy, Katie, and George were amazing. If you are looking for a new Chev, this is the only place to go. The no pressure, how can i assist you customer service is hands down the best in the industry. BTW we love our new Tahoe! We love the Mohawk experience, we live 5 hours away and would not go anywhere else to buy a Chev!

My son and I drove a little over 2 hours as they had a used vehicle he was looking for. The car was definitely a popular vehicle and we had missed out on 3 by us. I asked them to just call if the vehicle sold so we wouldn't waste our time. They did one better and put a hold on the vehicle so we had an opportunity ro look at it. We bought the car and the whole process went very smooth. Definitely would buy from them again.

Excellent opportunity made a deal over phone sales team and entire process and they brought me the vehicle and paperwork to my home at 10 pm because I did not have time to travel up there because I have to wake up at 345 am to be at work at 5 am. I wish all dealerships are as good as Mohawk Chevrolet that continues my business there is a local dealership for me also but Mohawk keeps me going back to them because no one can compete with their hospitality.
