This dealership has a strict policy of charging a $700.00 "Documents Fee". This is pure, unadulterated profiteering. There are Chevy dealerships who will not do this. I will be giving my business to them.

Purchase took an extremely long time with an appointment.

Purchase took an extremely long time with an appointment. Apparently they give out unlimited number of appointments for the same time. No features were reviewed at pickup and we had to figure out everything on our own. Then we found out it had a long standing recall they had not taken care of and when we called because the lights for towing would not work they would not give us a loner while fixing it. Every time we called we get a run around, leave multiple messages with managers and never get a call back. Very poor service.

My Wife and i Purchased a 2024 GMC Yukon from Key in

My Wife and i Purchased a 2024 GMC Yukon from Key in South Burlington. Things went well u8ntil 2 weeks after the purchase. Key sent the wrong payout amount and when the bank tried reaching them leaving 2 messages nothing was done. We even spoke with the salesman and was assured everything was correct. 2 weeks after our purchase we paid the remaining amount that was Keys responsibility. Very disappointed in the dealership.

This is an update to my original post, my 2019 acadia

This is an update to my original post, my 2019 acadia that we bought brand new in 2021 it was in their lot for 2 years and brand new, the battery died in 2023 they replaced it under warranty months later the battery was dead again their service department looked at it and replaced the battery and the technician wrote that we needed to put a charger on it as we don't drive it enough we had over 20,000 miles on it in 2 years. They charged me for that battery and the service department to the tune of 665.00 dollars after haggling them they credited me the 204 dollars for the battery that was less than 2 years old. To update about the dead battery problem it died again less than a week later they eventually found a bad connection where a harness connects to another harness caused by a water leak on it. This vehicle is now 3 years old and has had 3 batteries in 3 years and cost us over 400 dollars for a bad diagnosis, we are retired and living on a fixed income 441 dollars was not in our budget, i'm sure we won't be purchasing from them again.

They kept saying the car I wanted to see wasn't

They kept saying the car I wanted to see wasn't available... But it kept having price drops weekly and 3 weeks after it 'sold' it's still listed as available. Something shady going on with their business.

Total disappointment.

Total disappointment. I asked for quotes on 2 cars and never received them. The second salesman I talked to I specifically told him I didn't get a response for a quote and he said he would get me something that day. Two weeks later still nothing.

Shady business practices.

Shady business practices. I settled on a price with a salesman for a vehicle that was in transit. I planned to pay cash. I told them I would pay up front but all they offered for a receipt was the signed quote by the sales person and they wanted a cash transfer. I was not comfortable with that. I asked about a down payment and they said they did not do down payments. They had offered home delivery and I told them I would wait for that and pay in full upon delivery. The next week the sales person called and said the vehicle still was not in but they had another one for a few thousand dollars more. I told him I would wait for the car that we had agreed upon. After another week or two I contact them to see where the vehicle was. They said somebody had come in and paid for it and they had sold it. I asked why they did not contact me before selling the vehicle? I did not receive an answer. I told them I did not think that was a very sound business practice. I asked them to replace the vehicle with a similar model. They said they were unable to do that and there were only the more expensive models available.

Don’t go to key!

I bought a 2022 2500 Silverado. I have been waiting since Aug 8 2023 on a paint issue. All I am getting is lip service as to the right person getting back to me. The lady service person that I have talked to her at least 3 times is the only one that sends the email to whoever but have yet nothing! Not like Shearer Chev. When service is #1

Don’t go to key!

Hoped management would have done the right thing

I purchased a preowned car in June. My experience with the salesperson and finance was very good. I did not notice a line of rust on the interior bottom of the door until several days later. I went back to the dealership and pointed this out to a manager. I have since learned that I need a new door, which is costly. When asked to purchase a door as they have a body shop to do this, I was told that the managers "hands were tied". I was previously told that's part of buying a used vehicle. Between the many point check they claim to do now before they sell a car, and me showing the issue several days later, I had hoped that they would do the right thing even though I had not initially noticed the rust initially and provide and install the door.

Worst Service Ever

My experience from purchasing my new vehicle to subsequent service has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had. They were dishonest in many different instances, did not communicate with each other, were disrespectful and unprofessional. I would drive out of state to purchase a vehicle before I would ever go here. Management took zero responsibility and we are out a great deal of money and time. I have zero confidence in this dealership. This is my first ever review but that is how strongly I feel. I contacted GMC corporate but there was nothing they could do. I also noticed there are several bad reviews for the same thing. I wish I had read them before enduring this horrible experience.
