Kunes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Barneveld

Dropped my vehicle off for a recall fix and they did it same day. Took a bit longer than quoted, but nothing usually goes without some unforeseen issues.

We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership, Kunes Barneveld was a much different experience than I had at another Kunes dealership which wasn't that great. These guys went above and beyond acquiring a Jeep Wrangler I had found at another dealership which matched a Jeep I built on Jeep.com, and I think them for that.

We purchased this vehicle from this location and have had all our service work done there. They have a complete record of all the service done since the beginning.

I purchased a vehicle from them. I discovered the alignment off the first day and later found significant damage on the bumper and under carriage. Their inspection missed these issues. They are unwilling to fix the damages. I took multiple phone calls and messages to get them to respond and discuss the issue.

I took my 1 year old Jeep Renegade in for it's 1st oil change & tire rotation. That went well but there were 2 other problems that I had with the vehicle. There were 2 spots that they said they would rub out & they never did and there is a leak in the driver's side tail light. They said they would send it in. Didn't feel real comfortable that they are going to be doing it either. I would like this documented.

My Dodge Ram had a wheel bearing failure, so I was forced to tow my truck to closest Dodge Dealer, which was Kunes Country Chrysler of Barneveld. Kunes had my vehicle for over a week, and never once called me about repairs. I called every day for a week and learned they installed a wheel bearing, but did not have all the needed parts. I was told to have the vehicle serviced as soon as I got home. A local Dodge dealer serviced the vehicle the next day and found the wheel bearing was incorrectly installed by Kunes. The bolts were cross threaded and a new wheel bearing had to be installed. I was given the incorrectly installed wheel bearing and contacted Kunes service dept and Kunes general manager. Kunes Country Chrysler of Barneveld blamed the second Dodge Dealer, advising the bolts were cross threaded during the removal process. Kunes did nothing for me. I also found a set of keys belonging to Kunes' Customer Mr. Wolknison in my vehicle after picking it up from the Kunes service dept. If he would like his key fob back he should contact Brent Ripp, General Manager of Kunes Chrysler of Barneveld, or I could locate him thru the internet and see if the key fob still works.

We have been taking our family cars to Kunes for years. Great service. Customer friendly. Fair rates. Would recommend.

Cars are not properly certified, and they falsify documents. You better take your money somewhere else!
