Fraudulent Company

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been attempting to get a refund on the warranty since 13 days post vehicle purchase. The warranty was never paid for according to the warranty company. Immediately after buying this vehicle I had to pay almost $3,000 in repairs. There was another $600-700 in repairs that needs done that my husband will ultimately complete. Carfox aka Bob Audi aka Rasoi Enterprices LLC is aware and refusing correspondence with me. I have reported them to the FTC, BBB and my loan provider. I would recommend others do the same. According to the warranty company there are at least 26 other people in my same situation.

Title/Tag not processed, warranty not honored

I was at the dealership on 6/3/23 with my son when he purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. To date, he has not received: His Title (paid in full), His FL License plate (he is on a 2nd temp tag that has expired), or restitution for over $2,200 in repairs the car needed from their "Complimentary" 3 month warranty. He was in 3 weeks ago to drop off the repair receipts, and stopped by on 8/16/23 and 8/24/23. The dealership was locked and there were no cars outside. I checked with the Florida DMV and the Title has not been transferred to him yet which explains why he hasn't gotten the Title or a FL License plate. They don't answer their phone and don't return calls, texts or emails.

Too many added fees

I tried to get an out-the-door cash price from these clowns before I drove all the way out there.... they refused. I tried several times.... they must add a bunch of crap fees to make what they are selling unaffordable. Sad way to try to run a business.

They were Awesome!!

The guys at Carfox Autos- Jackson and Bob were great!! I highly recommend them for a vehicle, with a great price, and excellent service!! Everything was easy, and quick!

Buyer beware!

When I enter the office with the expectation of buying a car that they had advertised , I was impressed in the beginning. The staff of three were very friendly the owner had his mother there with her little dog and they had a set out water , and fresh fruit for the customers. Now , I think that’s a part of their “stage front “. They told me the car had gone through a multi point inspection from their garage, and that nothing was wrong with it . I did notice a door panel missing on the bottom and they said that the two panels were ordered and they would have them delivered to me if I bought the car. They mentioned the car has been in a minor accident in the front bumper but everything has been repaired. I did purchase the vehicle and while I was driving home , I noticed a light on the dash that indicated passenger airbag and realized that the passenger airbag is defective. I called the salesman immediately and told him about it and he said to get an estimate from the Nissan dealer. I did that and even paid $950 for the repair of the airbag sensors. I mailed them the receipt expecting a reimbursement but they never gave me a reply. Why would they ask me to get a an estimate if they didn’t plan to reimburse me is my question to them? Also the drivers door would not shut without slamming it and I was told to get an estimate for that also. Later, I took the car to a reputable autobody shop and they told me the accident was more than Mayer to have all the defects they found which were defective airbag, vent driver side door, vent passenger door, quarter panels uneven for the joint. The car panels did arrive as they promised , but only one would fit on , because the door was bent . A reputable car dealership would not sell a car in this condition without telling the customer , or fix the problem before selling it. If you do plan to take a chance and buy a vehicle from this dealership, do your due diligence , and check everything very , very carefully, bring your own mechanic with you to check the car over or take the car to an independent garage. If I had done that, I probably never would’ve bought the vehicle in the first place. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership in the future. If you do plan on buying a vehicle from them , be on very high alert , and get everything in writing. Once they have your money ,they don’t care about you anymore ,or help to fix the car they sold you. They are not to be trusted.

Waste of time

Called to confirm vehicle. Set an appointment drove an hour and a half just for them to sell the vehicle. Could have at least said they have someone currently purchasing the vehicle. Looked at two others one had panels pulled out with an exhaust leak. The other had rust on the hood. No apology or anything.

Worst Manager Ever

Our salesman, Jackson, was so kind and helpful, so I struggled writing this review. However, the owner/manager was just the opposite. He actually told us to "f--- off" and was extremely unprofessional the entire time we were forced to have to deal with him. Do NOT consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I should have checked the previous reviews.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Made arrangements 24 hrs in advance to go buy a vehicle & they sold it out from under me while I was on my way there, after calling 2x to confirm my arrival time, starting 2 hrs before leaving!

Worst dealership

Very dishonest, claims things were done to cars that are obviously not done, as simple as (dealer) we just got a fresh oil change, really there was absolutely no oil change hasn’t been changed in so long that the filter was literally disintegrating! absolute worst dealership I’ve ever experienced! Extremely disappointing I thought honesty is the best policy, not lie to get money and sugarcoat xxxx The truth should not come second and the sale first do not buy from this dealer
