Let's talk about Shoddy business practices

Let's talk about Shoddy business practices, shall we? Namely this dealership. On Feb 23rd, I entered into a contract with this dealership to purchase a car. I have a Bill of sale. I also agreed to provide, at their insistence a $1,000.00 deposit to hold the car until I could arrange suitable transportation to attend the dealership in person and conclude the transaction. I booked airfare, rented a car, arranged a hotel room and also purchased some accessories in advance to be installed at the dealer after I took delivery. Today, this morning I received a call from my sales person, informing me that the car was sold. No real explanation given aside from someone came in and bought it. I was given no advance notice, nor was I given any opportunity to at least stave off this rather shabby sales activity. Kunes prides itself on fair dealing and "Christian values"...really? This is your idea of sound business practices?. ...and what "Christian" engages in deceptive business practices?.......interesting. I've sent an email to Greg Kunes. I have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On Monday, I will file a complaint with the FTC and I am also researching my options with the Wisconsin State government. ...Oh...and then there's social media. I am out of pocket real money here and I won't rest until I get some form of satisfaction. At this point, I can't think of a more shoddy, unprofessional and disappointing buying experience.
