This dealer is a SCAM!
My engine blew on a car I purchased from these guys literally a month after I bought it. They knew it had issues and wiped the check engine codes. The engine had to be replaced costing me $9,000 only after a month with the car. These people are extremely cold and calculating. They will cheat ANYONE just to make a buck and they have ZERO remorse. Beware. They will cheat you and laugh about it.
RUN!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!
Run!!!!!! We also bought a Volvo XC60. I think every warning light came on the very next day. I called the owner and asked when I could bring the car back. He stated anytime except Sunday. Ok, we went in a Saturday and he went to NY. We paid 9999, for the Volvo and have already dropped 2 grand in it. It goes back in to mechanic Tmro. Owner is rude as xxxx, and wouldn’t even let me purchase another vehicle for a higher price. He said “I don’t want your car!” And hung up (the guys at the dealership called him in NY). Well I don't want your xxxx car either…..total xxx.
Purchase of 2011 Honda Pilot
I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from R N B Cars and have had a very good experience dealing with the R N B Cars team.
Check engine came on after only an hour, engine was replaced but that was cut out of the carfax and left for me to figure out by spending over 3000$ on repairs in the first month of owning.
Very happy with my purchase, had my vehicle transported in to New York , few minor scratches & tire light was on,besides that great price& good service.
DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALER.DO NOT TRUST THEM. Don’t waste your time and money. The owner Radik is a liar and very rude. We purchased a vehicle from him and We didn’t. first he said he the car has 3 months warranty for the transmission and engine . While we’re signing the bill of sale he said “NO WARRANTY”. We told him at least do it for 14days and he agreed. Next day we found an issue with the gear shifting. We took the car to two different mechanic shops and both said there’s a problem with the transmission. My husband told him from the beginning and he wasted our time for 10days running from one shop to another and then he finally said “you need to take it to the shop I work with” We took it there ( one hour drive each way with our 10 months old- taking time off work) and they said it needs a software update. We updated the software and still there’s an issue with the gear shifting. We called him and he hung up on me and my husband and he said don’t call me again. He is not taking any responsibility and what he did was a fraud.
Don't trust them!!!
Listen to what the reviews are saying....it's all true....the owner knows what he's selling and can care less what happens to the car once you sign them papers....he is rude as stated and I already spent $1700 on a car I only had for 3 months but only drove it for 1 month cus it's been in the shop longer then I had it....$1200 for master cylinder....$540 for new key fob because the one the gave was all jacked up and stop working smh....these people are only out for your money....make sure get whatever your going to look at thoroughly checked or you will be writing the next 1 star review 👎🏼👎🏼
Called ask about a car
Called to ask about a car I was Very serious about buying person who awnsered the phone was extremely rude. Would not awnser and questions I had then hung up the phone on me.. terrible service
Paid $130 to have a vehicle inspected we were thinking of purchasing from RnB. Needs a new transmission and about $2000 dollars worth of other repairs. They have had this car since December, and there's no way they could have not known. Very shady. Steer clear of RnB Cars. And if you are desperate to buy from them, do your homework and get the vehicle you are interested in purchasing INDEPENDENTLY inspected.
First off, the owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met! I should’ve left immediately but I really loved the car I was looking at. Turns out, he sold me a big hunk of junk! The transmission started going out 2 weeks after I bought it! I took the car and had a thorough inspection and it needed quadruple the amount of money of work done than I paid for it! EVERYTHING was wrong. I went back to the dealership and the owner refused to even buy it back for half of what I paid. He said my mechanic was lying and kept emphasizing AS IS. He offered nothing but disrespect and condescension. I’m out quite a few thousand - as I paid in cash. I sold the car for parts about a month after I bought it. BUYER BEWARE!!! I’ve never had an experience like this. Only a lawyer can settle this.
