My daughter brought a car from this dealer. The worst experience ever. Car dose not run. They won’t fix it never return calls. The most dishonest car dealer in ever. DONT BUY

My son and I went to look at a car at this dealer. As soon as we stepped out my car Jay greeted us and helped in any way he could. He answered all our questions. He was very professional, and very patient with our questions. He worked very hard to make sure my son got the car he wanted. “He will not stop until you find what you want” I highly recommend everyone go see Jay.

This man sold my teenage daughter a car with a cracked head gasket. Won’t make it right. The worst kind of dealer - go somewhere better.

This was my 1st time coming to this dealership and it's definitely 1 of the best decisions I've ever made!! Best experience at a dealership ever!! Staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very special shout out to Jay and Yasser .. You guys are the absolute best!! I entered the dealership as a potential customer and left there feeling like FAMILY.. I will DEFINITELY be referring family and friends!!!

I was unable to delete my old review. This dealership did sell me a clearly faulty vehicle but say they will fix it all for free which is great. Will put another update out once van is fully fixed!

I did end up buying the car, but no thanks to the dealer. Basically, I know my way around a car, and made the decision solely based on that. Jay is the most typical used car salesman on earth, and the first time you hear him speak, you'll be suspicious, and you'll be right. I don't think these guys are actively seeking vehicles with problems, but they also have no car knowledge beyond the superficial stuff, and they basically script themselves to sell the car. My specific experience... Looked at a Chrysler 300C. Nothing seriously wrong with it, but it did have a prior accident (in 2012, so I didn't freak out, as it would have been addressed and successfully driven of necessity if still on the road...), cruise doesn't work and parking brake doesn't hold. Didn't care about these things, but certainly didn't get any heads up from the dealer about them. So, after pointing these things out, he wouldn't budge on the ~10K price...but it wasn't "unfair" and I wanted the car so I agreed to take it. I had prearranged (and temporarily insured) to put 6K down and finance the rest of it. When we sit down for paperwork, he blurts out that I'd be financing some amount like 9 grand & change... I'm thinking wut? After paying 6 grand down, that leaves about 4 to be financed. After seeing the paperwork, first thing is the BASE price of the car was 11K+, he literally added 2 grand to the advertised price, plus a host of other erroneous charges, including a $1650 "service warranty," all this "required by the bank." He asked what the tax was where I lived, which I'd have to pay, which is 8%. They then pretend to look it up and put 8.875% on the financing document. I've now registered the vehicle, and know for a fact, it's 8%. Outright lie. So after I (and a friend w/ me) called him out on his BS, and basically explained to him how banks work, he goes outside and pretends to call the bank so he doesn't have to admit that he's full of it....and at this point, still didn't give up on it. I think part of this is he knew I drove 3 hours and wanted it, so thought I wouldn't walk. Not so. So, after it was clear I wasn't buying it with all the fake finance charges, he said if it could be in cash, then 10K and be done with it (the actual advertised price). Was barely able to absorb that and do it outright, so I agreed to that, but otherwise I would have walked. TLDR: If you know cars well and you see something you really want, and can pay the entire price in cash or do your OWN financing before arriving, then maybe take a look, otherwise, run screaming in the opposite direction of this shyster.

Jay was phenomenal with ALL his help! He was able to get me approved financed and processed all before arriving at the dealership! Once I arrived I was able to sign documents and drive off! He was patient and VERY friendly as well as trustworthy with the value of his vehicles! Thank you again I hope more customers choose this place!

Had been looking for a car for months for our daughter until we came across Keystone Auto Group (Delran, NJ) where we met a friendly salesman, (Jay). This place has great quality cars with low miles. So if you are looking for the perfect vehicle? Go there and ask for JAY!. WE ARE HAPPY!!
