Absolutely worst service.

Absolutely worst service. Trunk opening intermittently, told would cost seven hundred to fix problem, I agreed and got call from service department with bad news as the person from service told me the Trunk wasn't opening as intermittently as when I brought it in and would still have to pay even though Trunk wasn't fixed and told me that to solve problem could seal my Trunk closed got in debate that sealing Trunk wasn't an option and should not have to pay if Trunk wasn't fixed, refused to release car, mechanic called me later and said if I paid another two hundred and Fifty five dollars that would fix problem, again I agreed, when I went to pick up car tire pressure monitors on all four tires not working and would cost me another nine hundred to fix which was working when brought vehicle in for Trunk situation the odds of all 4 going at the same time is pretty much zero and my info display also stopped working and that would be another eight hundred, the Trunk is still opening and to close it you need to slam it. I called to get it back into service and was going to pay additional money even though it happened while they had car but didn't even return call, I'm looking at calling Attorney General office and getting work done somewhere else and taking Hertrich to small claims court

Very nice experience and Salesman was very nice.

Very nice experience and Salesman was very nice. Smooth process all around with everyone in the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealer. There was no pressure put on you and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrible service and communication.

Absolutely horrible service and communication. They in no way care about they're customers time or money or if tgey even fixed the problem. That is why I will never bring my vehicle here again. Not even for an oil change. I wouldn't recommend this joke of a service department to my worst enemy.

Service on 2008 Chevy Tahoe

Scheduling and keeping notified by the service rep was great. Have concerns of work performed. Two tire pressure sensors were not working. This was corrected, however, the next morning one of the replaced tire sensors said pressure was low. It was at 18 pounds. I pumped the tire up to the recommended 32 pounds and after a week the pressure has held. Apparently not enough air was put in tire after replacing the tire sensor. Also, the other 3 tires read 35 pounds when the recommended tire pressure is 32 pounds for the Tahoe per the label on the door. I checked the oil level and it is over half a quart above the full mark. I have done nothing about this. Disappointed in the quality of the service.

Very disappointed

Did not have car ready when we got there and only got one key when we needed two keys and took forever to get hitch put on vehichle

false advertising, waste of my time

Trucks are in short supply at the moment however I went there because they had what I wanted in stock and the price listed was competitive. Not so fast when I asked why it was 4K more than advertised the salesman said we don't honor the rebates, that's fine but don't waste my time with false advertising. Went to a dealer in Baltimore much better experience.
