Trucks are in short supply at the moment however I went there because they had what I wanted in stock and the price listed was competitive. Not so fast when I asked why it was 4K more than advertised the salesman said we don't honor the rebates, that's fine but don't waste my time with false advertising. Went to a dealer in Baltimore much better experience.

False advertising Black Friday with Equinox 2020, LS, LT. They ran my credit with 8 different banks, with Unknown credit agency score plummeted 30pts never again

Service was good. However the cost for minor repairs I.e., washer motor and basic check up is way expensive.

It took close to 4 hours to install rain guards with an appointment. They tried to over charge me. The protection package that was supposed to be applied wasn't because no one In service realized it was too late and the process took too long. They expect me to be without a car for an entire day to apply the protection on another day. Appears there is no concise communication. I'd rather go without the protection coverage than deal with service again.

So we had a great experience at the dealership. They were able to get us in to the truck that we love. Salesman Bill was very Knowledgeable on the trucks and chevy overall. This was our first Chevy purchase. Would strongly recommend visiting the dealership.
