I usually don't post reviews or bad mouth people/companies publically but I felt like I had to this time. I purchased a vehicle from this company Best Auto Group and the customer service at the start was pretty good. I received quick responses and the communication was pleasant. The problems began after I had paid for the vehicle. As soon the money cleared they could have cared less that I just spent over $25000 with them. The first issue was with the electronics, usb port and cigerrette lighters. They were not working properly so he had his mechanic look at it. After sitting for aobut 90 minutes he finally came back with the van and told me it was a bad fuse, they replaced it which was great. Before I left I was sure to check and make sure it worked. The usb port was working but the cig plug was still not functional. I went back in and he was like yea looks like someone spilled coffee or something into it and thats why it was not working. I was like yea sweet, you were just going to let me drive off without telling me. Second issue was there was a damaged magnet for the rear doors to hold them while they were open, they were supposed to send me this part as per out purchase contract, it has been about 7 weeks and I still have yet to receive said product. The last issue was major, on my way back home after purchasing the vehicle I was going just over 70mph as was the speed limit and took a left handed curve when the van almost flipped, literally the tire gave in and nearly buckled, I almost rolled it and almost 3 more times after that even driving extremely carefully. I had finally made it home and had a mechanic look at it. When they did some repairs to the vehicle and had taken off the tire, they had excersied compete negligence by not tightening very crucial bolts. One was the main control arm bolts that was almost coming off. I had messaged the dealer to discuss this and at least get an apology but again no response or apology for their negligence that could have injured or killed not only myself but someone else as well. I would not do busuiness with this company. Not only for the poor, im sorry, nill customer service/care once they had my money but for their complete lack of knowledge and their negligence that would have cause serious injury. I am beyond shocked. Please be smart and use this informatioin to prevent yourself from being in a similar situation,
