Bought a used MDX. We’re told car was going to be detailed when we test drove. Got the car after the paper work and it was filthy. The sales person had to get a rag and a spray bottle to “touch up” some of the spots. Thought buying a premium vehicle, it would be clean. Very disappointed. Have dealt with other luxury/premium dealers and the first thing they make sure is the car is clean. Will never buy another car from them.

Antonio White (Assistant Service Manager and my service advisor) was fantastic to work with! I travel from out of town, about 60 miles away, and he made sure to get my car taken care of accurately and quickly. He explained the services and recommendations clearly and communication during the service was exceptional.

Maus Acura dealership denied the fact that my Acura MDX 2014 had safety recall for tail light condensation and outage of the tailgate lights causing hazardous situation for the vehicle. I did a lot of research by going to Acura's recall site and searching by 2014 MDX which brought the Tail light issue. Despite this, the dealership’s Service guy Tony quoted me $800 just to diagnose electrical problem saying my issue is not due to recall and that my vehicle is out of warranty. The way Tony handled my case was very poor quality. I have always used this dealership which was Ferman Acura but now with new name change their customer service seems to have reduced in quality. I called Tony, and told him I was very unhappy with his service, he did not do much. Acura, you need to get this dangerous condensation and taillight/ tailgate light issue fixed. Water got inside the left tail light and must have caused the outage which Tony and his team refused to look at without me agreeing to pay $800 for just the diagnosis. This is not acceptable. I went back and brought my MDX without getting it fixed. I have not heard $800 charge just to diagnose electrical problem. Very poor service and hassle to customer. Acura any word on this type of service to your customer ??
