Isaac and Rez were awesome! I told them it was a drive for us and they got to work right away on the deal so we would be score to just sign papers and close the deal after the test drive. Great customer service. Great vehicles!

Purchased a low mileage 2014 Audi from them in 2021 online, sight unseen. I vividly remember on the phone asking how are the tires and he said he'd check and then told me "about 75% on the front." Also asked if the oil had been changed recently and he said "yes." Bought the car and the first thing I noticed when it was off the transporter and was driving it home was awful road noise from the tires. Took a closer look and all four tires were different very levels of wear. No joke. Also two of them had gouges in the walls. On top of that, he failed to mention the horrible road rash on all four wheels. Given the loud road noise, makes me wonder if they ever even test drove it. So right away I had to buy four new tires. Also decided to change the oil anyway, and it was black as tar. I will say he was friendly and responsive, but aren't all car salesmen are when trying to make a deal? He did get a really good deal (below what avg is) for transportation. Two lessons that I will never do again from this experience: 1)buy a car online sight unseen, 2)buy a car from Double R.

Bought a car from then asked if there was anything wrong said it was in great shape. When the car got delivered it aye the belt turns out the harmonic balancer had failed and I spoke to numerous mechanics and was told I was tricked. Had been replaced because it was a aftermarket . Messed up the crank also now don't know if it can be fixed might have to have the whole motor replaced. Don't by a car from them they are scammers.

No response. All I asked was the availability of the car. Just got ads for different cars.I am looking for a specific make and model. Jaguar XKR/XK8, 2003/2007.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, I was an out of state buyer and asked to put a deposit down on vehicle. They couldn’t get financing done, then I had a family emergency and told them the next day about it. Most companies would refund your deposit back, not these people. No where on paper work they gave me mentioned deposits are non l refundable so now I had to open a claim with my credit card company when something so simple could’ve been done and avoided this.

I’ve purchased many cars from Rez and Issac Laid back very easy to work with. Highly recommend . They are very knowledgeable on all their inventory . Prices are fair . They will let you drive as many cars as you want. I won’t go anywhere else

I experienced excellent customer service and communication! They were very straightforward and have good quality vehicles. First time I didn’t have to wait around a dealer for hours to purchase a vehicle.

Fast and responsive. They have been very communicative with me throughout the whole process of buying a car from them. I am still in process of buying the car from them and it’s being tedious, through no fault of their own. They have been understanding of the situation with the bank that I have been financing the car with, which is appreciated. The bank has been frustrating but they have been positive and understanding like I said. Wouldn’t hesitate to send a friend over to buy a car from them. They have a nice selection of classy/luxury vehicles and it appears they only hold cars that are in great shape.

These folks are class-act people - hard to find these days. I purchased a vehicle from Reza and Isaac and it could not have been a better experience. The vehicle had a small coolant leak noticed by them and they notified us that there might be an issue. They sent a tow truck and transported the vehicle to the mechanic for repairs. I will go back to them for my next purchase!
