Leith Acura

Beware, this dealership only offers wholesale no matter what you trade in and then charges retail for their car. I'm not against a dealer making money, but this tactic is plain wrong. I could sell my car to Carmax for more than they offered yet they won't reduce their car for an all out cash sale. In this market, people cannot afford to pay full retail for a used car.

The sales staff were very professional, by being knowledgeable, courteous, and running a streamlined process making buying my car a pleasant experience.

When to Leith Acura not looking to buy/lease an SUV. Just happened onto to Russ in the parking lot. A very pleasant, laid back, no real pressure type of salesperson. From start to finish, I didn’t feel any ‘high pressure, you have to buy’ from Russ. He was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He did answer all my questions even several days after my first visit and has followed up to check on everything. A very good car leasing experience!

Leith has a nice selection of vehicles. I worked with Jason who was very helpful, patient, and kind. I know at some point sales has to involve their manager, so he brought Caleb into the conversation. I found Caleb to be a bit pushy and offer options I was clear that I was not interested in. Overall I have not had a positive experience at Leith (don’t get me started on Leith Volkswagen) but will keep trying.
