Pretty quick service very nice staff didn't take them long at all to change transmission coolant lines on my truck

Took my truck to the service department at York with transmission issue. They let my truck sit for 3 weeks without doing anything to it with no answers to questions when I called. Service writer told me his guess was as good as mine when I asked for a time line. They installed a passenger side window switch and failed to make the electrical connection to it leaving me with a brand new unplugged switch that they charged me to install. Take it to a shade tree mechanic instead of York!
