I had multiple people reach out to me from this

I had multiple people reach out to me from this dealership telling me a particular salesperson would be contacting me. He did so via text and I wanted to purchase a vehicle they had. We texted multiple times about the vehicle. I eventually asked if the price listed was their lowest price. 24 hours and no response. I asked again…. Still no response. I received a follow up from another person making sure I had been taken care of. I told them about my experience and was told I would be contacted. That was over a week ago and still no response. Serious buyers should not waste their time with Don Jackson CDJR North.

Stay away from this place.

Stay away from this place. My son, his wife, and their one-year-old baby were stranded in the middle of a storm with a car we bought from this place less than a month ago. The mechanic told us that the transmission was altered to last for a couple of weeks, but that it was faulty. Now my young son and his family have no vehicle and no money to repair the car they bought with so much effort. They are frankly desperate, and the dealer washed his hands of them without any compassion—pure evil.

Stay away!

Stay away! In all my years of buying and selling cars I have never delt with such a rude manager who was very arrogant and downing I'm not sure how Shawn holds a job here. We will not be back. Too bad we can not leave a negative start BBB and higher management should investigate into how this man is treating customers. Outrageous!

Having shopped at a lot of different dealerships in the

Having shopped at a lot of different dealerships in the area, I can honestly say I enjoy working with the good folks at Don Jackson the most. More specifically, Jim Schoolfield in Sales and Danny Jackson (GSM) are some of the most honest, fair people I’ve encountered in the industry. After my most recent purchase - I think I’m going on 10+ with them- Danny called me after paperwork was signed and I was already home to let me know I qualified for another voucher and would receive $500 in the mail. Who does that? Going out of his way to treat his customers right and get them the best deal is exactly why I’ll keep going back. And Jim is a fantastic salesman who had fielded cumulatively about a million questions from me over the years and is always hard at work to find the right vehicle for me. If I could sing their praise any louder, I would. Hopefully that’s testament by the dozen or so friends I’ve sent there over the years.

Great car buying experience.

Great car buying experience. Wanted to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and take advantage of employee pricing plus to offset my negative equity. Horacio handled my inquiry, got me the deal I wanted, and everything was done remotely, even my trade in. Only went to the dealer when it was time to sign the paperwork and take the car. I did not have any issues like hidden fees or misleading pricing. Everything was very transparent and the car I got was almost $10000 off MSRP. Overall I would highly recommend buying from this dealer and I would recommend working with Horacio.

I was just browsing the parking lot to get an idea of newer cars when I was approached by Chris Hofmann. He was friendly, helpful and really knew his cars. He never pressured me, took the time to answer all my questions. While I wasn't planning on a purchase that day, Chris helped me find the perfect car for me in my price range. What a stellar experience at this dealership! Highly recommend Chris to anyone wanting a vehicle!

I currently drive a Don Jackson vehicle that I bought

I currently drive a Don Jackson vehicle that I bought new, so I choose them first for another car. This time they would not answer any questions online or after multiple phone calls and kept insisting that I make an appointment to come in. I'm not making the drive without the info I requested. This "program" may be successful to get people to the showroom but it did not help me. They lost this sale and possibly my future business.
