I went back and worked with Tony who….was… AMAAAAAZING! He never hesitated to answer my questions, didn’t avoid them or use any sales tactics! He was very matter of fact and if anything really went to bat for me when talking to finance getting my GAP included in the negotiation! If anyone is wanting a straight forward experience I would suggest working with Tony. His office is right by the coffee machine! I also have to give some love the Finance Director Jay who more than made up for not charging me the correct down payment when I signed but instead gave me a full tank of gas to offset the $15 credit card fee! Be sure to do your service with this rm also and they send you coupons for discounted service and oil changes so there’s no need to go where if a synthetic oil change is costing you 29.99 and free the month of your bday!

I bought a new vehicle from Nissan of Orange Park and it was the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. From beginning to end Nissan of Orange Park was outstanding. Nick Rosa helped me by phone and had me well on my way before I arrived. Shortly after arrival Nick introduced me to Steve Bristol and Steve was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I wanted, down to every little detail. Finally, Jay Simison finalized the deal on the paperwork side and made it a painless finish. This was a classic bait and switch.
This was a classic bait and switch. They kept on sending me marketing material custom to my car because I get all of my service done there. They promised me that they could get me in my same car of the year with a lower interest rate, lower terms and with the same payment that I’m in right now. I was even willing to throw in another car, but as soon as I got there, they put me in contact with a sales woman named Brooke. She had an extremely bubbly personality and at first seemed like a good match, but the further that we got into the negotiation, it seemed that the cars they were trying to sell me were not the ones that I specifically told them that I wanted to be put in or should I say what they promised me they would put me in. For the second car that I tried to trade in I was gonna pay in cash but the car needed to land between $17-$18,000. I found a car on the lot that had been in a car accident and smelled like the person who owned it before smoked with the windows up they offered me 12,500 for my car that was newer and had less miles but had the audacity to try to sell this card to me for $21,000. The math just wasn’t making sense and when I would bring the significant things to their attention and tell them that they’re ignoring the same questions, they would just try to deflect and give me a reason why it’s priced that way, but then when I would question it or the other things that I was mentioning, they would just completely disregard it through text message. Ask for my car they were going to upgrade me to the one of the year, they flat out, told me that they weren’t gonna be able to do it and that they had to wait until Monday for the store manager to come in because he was the only one that had the app approval to do so. Let’s just say it’s about a month, month and a half later and I’m still waiting for that phone call. I wanted to go to this Morgan auto group location because of the great used car warranty that they have but there’s a bunch of other Morgan auto group dealerships in the state of Florida that I could go to. It’s just the convenience of having one right here next to where I live.

Desmend is the best he made the process super easy made it a stress free purches he is really nice not a pushy salesman at all i will send everyone in my family and my co-workers as well the dealership has this Amazing lifetime warranty for the engine transmission and drive Axle lifetime powertrain warranty and their inventory is trully amazing Desmend is now a personal friend to me and the only sales person I’ll ever Work with he has changed how i view salesman
