We had a great experience purchasing a Chevrolet Trax from Kayser Chevrolet-Buick of Sauk City. We previously purchased a Ford Escape from Kayser Ford of Sauk City (previously Comfort Ford) which we still love so we came back to Kayser Chevrolet when we were interested in the smaller Chevy Trax as a second car. This is a great dealership! It is the kind of small-town place with honest folks you want to deal with who do their business by caring about repeat customers and referrals. It is small, but very nice, bright, clean and comfortable. We bought the car from Amanda Bartelt . She is an excellent sales representative for the dealership. Amanda was friendly and helpful. We had to laugh when she introduced herself by sending us a video of herself holding up our name on a sheet of paper and inviting us to look at a car we were interested in. That was a good start. She was on time and had the car ready to go when we got there. She took lots of time answering all of our questions. Gave us the keys and let us try out the car and drive it around on our own without her which made the test drive more comfortable with no pressure. Amanda spent lots of time answering more of our questions after the test drive. And she made a good faith effort to negotiate on the price. She contacted us before our appointment by email to answer questions and confirm our arrival time. And after the sale she followed up immediately and asked if we were happy with the purchase and asked if everything was OK. The car was Certified, new tires were put on it, and everything was checked as part of the certification so we could trust that the car was in good condition. And because of Amanda’s care about our concerns and satisfaction, we could trust her as well. They even gave us a standard option to return the car after three days for a full refund if we were not happy. Before we drove away, Amanda took our picture with our new car which we enjoy looking at as a nice way to remember our great experience. I called because my check engine light came on was told they would have a loaner for me because it would be a while before they could get to my car. I arrived they had everything ready for me, they ended up getting to look at it the same day called me with the amount it was and two days later it was fixed. I had an issue with my bank and I called and asked them if I could keep the loaner over the weekend and they said that was fine. I went Monday morning to pick it up and they had everything ready to go. I will always take my vehicle here no matter where I buy it from but will probably always buy from them.

This was my first purchase from Kayser and I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from them. Very professional, very courteous and seamless from start to finish.

I was excited to meet with them to test drive but never heard back from them on weather a Saturday 10:00 appt. would work so we made other plans!

There is a reason my family keeps coming back to Kayser Chevrolet Buick...the people. I have never had a bad experience...everyone is happy to be there and always eager to help without being pushy. This is our 5th vehicle from Kayser Chevrolet Buick in Sauk City! They really do an amazing job making me feel like I'm their #1 priority. Just bought a new Silverado and I really love it, from shopping to purchase and walking thru all the features everyone there made us feel right at home. We have our vehicles serviced there as well and its the same experience...its great to research online, but I would much rather buy from a real person/team.
