I was advised of some discounts and incentives for new & used cars. Once there, I was lied to. Was trying to sell me a car for more than what was advertised. I am neither dumb or desperate. I will be going elsewhere and would not recommend buying a car from here. Very shady sales practices.

Great dealership.

Great dealership. I have brought a vehicle there before. I am just pricing now. I will do something in the near future.

I am writing to complain about Serpentini Chevrolet in

I am writing to complain about Serpentini Chevrolet in Willoughby, Ohio. On 12/20/24 I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.  Although I found a car readily, they made me wait well over 4 hours before I decided to leave, the first night. They also told me they would give me $1900 for my leased truck for the trade-in, but they were actually adding that cost to my loan so that I was still paying the truck off. It wasn't a trade-in at all!  They misrepresented their position and intentions, attempting to lie and take advantage of me.  And WHY would any sale take so much time?? The newly purchased vehicle came with a two-year, 100,000 mile warranty.  Before 3 months into owning it I have had several mechanical issues with the vehicle which they refuse to cover, front brakes, struts and a leaking oil pan. In addition, they want to charge me over $3000 in repairs.  I have tried to call to speak to the management but was not able to get hold of anyone, and was directed to leave a message.  I have left several messages but have never received a call back.  I have been calling the dealership for 3 months, from when the problems started, and they told me my salesman Kyle Talarico would call me back, but no one has EVER called me back.  I do not think that a newly-purchased vehicle that was "certified" should need brakes after only 7 K miles of mostly freeway driving.  This is the second car I have purchased from them within 6 months, but they are doing nothing for me -- not even the courtesy of returning my calls.  I feel that they are using sleazy sales practices and that they are dishonest and took advantage of me.  I'm extremely disappointed in my entire experience with this dealership

The WORST buying experience ever!

The WORST buying experience ever! Vehicle I wanted to buy was far higher in price than advertised. Tried to sway me into buying another car with a HUGE oil leak. Moved to another vehicle, and they then added the price to fix a problem with this one to my quoted price! Dishonest Con-artists! Ended up walking out! Avoid this dealership!!!

This place is terrible.

This place is terrible. Has had our car we bought last fall foe 40+ days now. No loaner. No rentals. No one there cars. Car has been fixed under their "warrenty" several times same issue. Went there to plcheck on transmission a s they were waiting on it they said. I found it on their dock on a skid. No call backs, no service, no call backs from morning zeda, which is generally manager on any issues. Stay away from this place. You will not get your value for your money and all youur time. This was our 2nd car from here and last

Contacts you right away, but then never follows up after

Contacts you right away, but then never follows up after you reach out to them. Whether through email or text, you don't get a response most the time. They also drop the price of their vehicles and then raise the prices. If you look at the price history on cars.com theu often drop prices then raise them a few days later.

I scheduled an appointment to drive from Massillon to

I scheduled an appointment to drive from Massillon to Willoughby Hills on Saturday morning to look at a used Lincoln MKC, this is over an hour drive. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a salesman who was able to find us and our appointment in their system. He asked which vehicle we were interested in which was odd considering I had made the appointment for a specific vehicle. After telling him it was the white MKC he said he would go get the vehicle for us. Again, weird because you would have thought they would have had the vehicle cleaned and gassed up for us to look at it. After waiting for about 5 minutes our salesman came back and asked if we were picky about color and tried to move us to a year older version of the same car. When we asked why he stated that the car we came to look at needed a new engine. So in short they scheduled an appointment with us and had us drive over an hour each way for a vehicle that they knew wasn't available and needed a new engine. What a shameful way to do business!!

Everyone was nice but they tried adding on a lot of

Everyone was nice but they tried adding on a lot of money, when I asked where they got the prices, I kept being told to wait while they went and looked but when they came back they didn’t answer any of the questions. We finally negotiated a good deal and I got the car, as I was waiting for it to be brought around, I was told it was getting a full tank of gas while I waited. When I got in the car, it was on E and they left so fast I couldn’t even talk to them about it. I was told the trade in value of my previous car was $250, when they brought the paperwork they valued the trade at $100. I had to keep bringing it to their attention for them to fix it, seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one. It’s not the worst but definitely not the best, just be careful and really pay attention to the numbers!!!!
