Great customer experience!

I had a very pleasant customer service experience. Owen, and Harry were all very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I went in there with a specific budget, and they were able to meet my vehicle needs within my budget. They even filled up my gas tank before I left.

Great service

Great customer service from Owen . Good clean car from them. I’m happy with my green Corolla. The process and everything was top notch . Owen even helped to bring my other car home and took me back to get the new one I purchased. Thank you so much

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not come here !!! Seth promised my passengers seat to be fixed back when I bought the car 5/27/22 and still haven’t been done. I constantly call , text and go up there just to get the same answer , “ it’s coming” or “ it was the wrong piece ordered “ over 2000 people on my social media already know not come to this place . NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE

Waiting on an answer to return my 500 dollars.

I purchased a car and they asked for 500 down to hold the car and after I purchased it. They promised to return my 500 dollars. I have called three times about it. And now they will not answer my calls. I also had to spend 615 dollars for catalytic converters because it would not pass inspection because there were none on the car.

Resolved issue with refund

I recently applied for a car on 3/26/22 I put $1000 down on a car I didn't get approved for and there was a miscommunication between us but all is resolved now thank you

DO NOT RESPECT CONSUMERS

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO FIX JUNK!!!!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down for selling junk. My experience was from the time I purchase an 2011 X5 BMW was none other than horrifying. I bought the vehicle in February 2022 on a Wednesday and was told by the Salesmen and a gentlemen name Seth that the vehicle just got an oil change and their were no issues with it at all. Great so I thought! While test driving the salesmen told me it came with 2 keys. (After finalizing the deal and getting ready to leave the office the salesmen said it only has one key and handed me a dummy key saying I can get it program for about $250.00.(Wow) Which I paid $304.00 at BMW. After going back in forth with them about the key I decided to take the Vehicle home and park until the weekend. Saturday came, I backed the car out of my driveway and I see several oil leaks and the engine had smoke coming out of the vents. I only had the car for 3 days. Now my question is how did it pass VA inspection with and oil leak and engine with smoke coming out of it? I call the salesmen he forward me to Seth he said bring in so we can see whats wrong. Come the find out it needed a valve cover gasket SMH. They kept car for 4 days and said the we will charge you our price of $450. 00 to replace it. I went back and forth but I needed to get the cover on it as soon as possible. There jackleg Mechanic replace it with another issue. I pick it and still smoke coming from engine after a couple of days of being park . Weekend come up I get in the car started engine light comes on SMH again! Took it to BMW for a Diagnosis and was told there was a disconnection from a value vent. Cost $179.00. Spoke to Seth explained to him he said bring it down They kept it for 4 days with no issues resolved . I told Seth your Mechanic disconnected a part while he was repairing the valve cover. He stated I will let him know and he was waiting on a part which take almost 3 days (purge valve). I went to BMW and bought the part $201.00 and pick my Vehicle up and got it repaired for $547.00 somewhere else because I didnt trust this company anymore l. Engine light still on so far within a month $1683. I have spent additionally monies because of a company not being trustworthy! I will be contacting BBB and Virginia Dealers Board about this company. There should be an investigation launch on the company with there practices on dealing with consumers when purchasing vehicles. If they decide to respond to this Yelp in there defense I have reach out to them on several occasions and asked them rectify this situation. Nothing had happen.

Quick clean cars

Shipped the Subaru BRZ right to my door. Even got it here before Christmas under a 2 day notice. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely shop here again.
