I have bought 3 vehicles here for my family.
I have bought 3 vehicles here for my family. They have always treated me fairly and have a good, helpful employees when you walk in. Last time I was there they were patient and answered my questions. Service is great also. I got two free oil changes with my purchase. If you are looking for a vehicle within driving distance of Northfield, I would make the trip.

This dealership is as dishonest as the day is long.
This dealership is as dishonest as the day is long. I was purchasing a new car Dodge Challenger or a least I thought I was purchasing a new car. I questioned weather or not it was a new car and Sales Manager assured me that it was. Which turned out to be a lie. I didn't find out that it was used until I got home and found A license plate from Wisconsin in the glove box. That's when I found out that it had been licensed and titled in Wisconsin may it a used car. These people are liars, dishonest, and shadier than a shade tree. When confronted with the fact that it was a used car and I paid full new price for it. The owner don't know his name came in and said manufacturer says it's a new vehicle law states once titled and Licensed it is a used vehicle. They fanaggeled the paperwork checking all used boxes on the forms. My title that I got from the state even says it's a used vehicle. Don't trust these guys as they will tell you what they think you want to hear and rush through the paperwork so you don't catch it till later. LIE LIE LIE that is what they do. Was told by sales manager that they wanted a lasting relationship which was also a LIE. They are out to make a quick buck and don't care how they make it. Talked to another salesman and he told me that he had heard about it and that there must've been misunderstanding. BULL. I don't believe that for a second. From other reviews that I have read I'm not the only one that they have been dishonest with. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM NORTHFIELD AUTO TO READ THE REVIEWS. RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Nice car, nice, helpful sales persons.
Nice car, nice, helpful sales persons. George, Skyler, Cameron were very attentive, and helpful. Although this dealership did whatever they could to help, the entire process of picking up, purchasing, or leasing, an automobile can and should be streamlined industry wide.It should not take four hours. It can be made quicker and easier.

I drove 200 miles to see the car.
I drove 200 miles to see the car. The salesman knew I was coming. Someone else bought the car 10 minutes before I got there. They said it was their policy to not hold cars unless there was down payment made. I thought that idea sucked as I spent a lot of time and money going to see the car and ended up with nothing,

They just don't care
Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Issues and red flags started immediately. I showed up in July to test drive a 2013 F-150 advertised online. Upon entering the vehicle to start the test drive it was absolutely filthy and smelled of hog manure. They didn't even bother to complete a full detail other than maybe a quick vacuum and wipe down. The truck was also not running correctly, it is no wonder it sat in the lot for as long as it did in a hot buyers market. I wasn't satisfied, so they had me look at a 2011 F-150 they had just gotten in on trade. This one was much cleaner, presumably from the previous owner as they don't bother to get their vehicles in selling condition... I ended liking it enough to end up sitting down and discussing financing options with them. They were able to offer what seemed to be a good deal but made sure to put in the documents that this vehicle will be sold "As Is". Well fast forward 3 months later I hadn't received my title in the mail from the state and temporary proof of ownership had expired. I called Finance Manager John K to figure out where my title is and he said the state was missing the lien release from the previous owner. Northfield Automotive failed to do their due diligence in collecting all documents in the trade before selling me the vehicle. 5 Months and multiple phone calls later, I still have no title. John K has failed to return calls and seemingly doesn't care about resolving my issue as he just keeps saying "your title is coming." I even told him I will be leaving a bad review and he stated "do what you need to do." John and Northfield Automotive don't care about their business, why should any consumer give them theirs? I wish I had known that before hand. On top of that, the truck I purchased had the timing chain go out almost immediately costing me over 6k in repairs, which I had a feeling they knew about considering their forcefulness in putting "Sold As Is" in the contract. I can't even sell or refinance the loan because I don't have my title, costing me a lot of time and a lot more money. I would look elsewhere, I have had nothing but headaches dealing with Northfield Automotive.

Not my problem, you took in a vehicle you didn’t have full documentation for and sold it to me without doing your due diligence. Good to hear my title was processed with the state FIVE months after purchase. I get things happen, but I have worked in lending and know how lien releases work. It doesn’t take 5 months to obtain a lien release. That is just an excuse and an unprofessional one at that. I stick by my statement/review. Do better for your customers.
