Terrible. I called to confirm price before traveling 2 hours to purchase this vehicle. I got there and they added $2500 in fees. Buyer beware! Shady!

My experience was not a pleasant one the guy Carlos is a crook they have been giving me a complete run around when it came to the car I purchased first starting with the wrong info that was sent to the insurance company which made it difficult for me to get hard plates they take your hard earned money and don't honor their end I've had the car for little over a month and can't drive it due to me not being able to get plates because of the sheisty dealings from one of their employers was told I would receive extended temporary plates and would be given a call back never got either reason why I couldn't get my hard plates is because they never put the title in dmv data base so an investigation was launched its just to much to deal with when they took my money I feel robbed

I really enjoyed talking to Haroon. Very nice people. Totally transparent process. Honest and trustworthy employees and staff. I can’t wait to bring all my friends and family.

I bumped into Haroon in the parking lot while looking at cars and told him I was there to buy a certain truck. He spoke of two they had and offered to immediately show me one or both. He did and then I soon learned he was the owner. As they say "who knew?". His pleasant demeanor is incomparable for the owner of a used car lot (I know, as my dad was one all of his working life). You want to be treated well while car shopping? Go see Haroon. The experience and hospitality you will witness is worth your visit. I regret that I was not able to buy a car from this gentleman. He simply didn't have the one I wanted. Would I go back and see him again when car searching? Absolutely. Without question. You should also. And I live 110 miles from his dealership...

When Haroon called the same evening in which I submitted the cars.com vehicle inquiry form, I had already been at my wits end with car shopping. However, he was incredibly patient, reassuring, and honest when helping me to select another vehicle that would meet my needs. I didn't intend to buy a vehicle the day I visited Michigan Autos in person, but Haroon was right absolutely about his stock. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or generally uncomfortable. It felt as though I was working with an old, knowledgeable friend. He even steered me away from vehicles that werent a good fit for my driving style or maintenance cost expectations. I finally decided on a gorgeous car that was a better fit than what I'd been shopping for all along! Haroon communicated with me through the entire car buying process, and even delivered the vehicle to my home. I'd never experienced such a personable buying experience before, and will refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to Michigan Autos in the future.
