As of today my car has been there for almost 3 months….

As of today my car has been there for almost 3 months….waiting…..checking one thing…..waiting for parts…..checking another thing…..waiting on parts! No customer service calls unless I call them! Warranty Company pays them and still no car! Now….waiting on more parts and “ other cars waiting”! Mind you….almost 3 months with no car! Almost 3 months waiting! Warranty paid over 9000.00 to them and still waiting!!! Have been very patient with nail today and now very disgusted! Owner not there, general manager not there, service person in a meeting! Plugs and a coil now…..and knew this yesterday! I would definitely not recommend their service department! 3 months!!!

We took our 2022 Nissan Armada Platinum to get the side

We took our 2022 Nissan Armada Platinum to get the side mirror replaced. The first mirror that we paid to have overnighted, was the wrong one, yet they still installed it and tried to act like it was the right one. I complained, they ordered another one and replaced it. During the time between the first mirror and the second mirror, a $500 master switch was damaged. Everything points to the individual that installed the mirror. This was explained in GREAT DETAIL to the parts service coordinator , his name is Ryan, including how they tried to make my wife think that the first mirror was the correct one. The only response I received from Ryan was they apologize for how they talked to my wife, but said the switch breaking was just something we had to deal with. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and I strongly urge anyone who is thinking about buying a car from these crooks to take your business elsewhere.

We took our 2022 Nissan Armada Platinum to get the side mirror replaced. I wanted to provide an update to this. They contacted me and are accepting responsibility of the damaged part and will be making it right. I really do appreciate everything they are doing to make this right and this helped restore my faith in this dealership!

My nightmare with this nissan dealership is still ongoing

My nightmare with this nissan dealership is still ongoing I'm stuck with the SUV rouge 2019. It all began 7 months ago went to dealer the one I was suppose to meeting wasn't there so they sent surfer boy dude to assist me and he knee completely nothing about the vehicle I told him I wanted a small car ended up leaving with a SUV with scratches on the outside they never fixed and cut up arm rest inside that if they fixed they would charge me then I was overpriced. Later had problems with vehicle they said it was nothing wrong still having same problem vehicle hesitation during stopping and now the brakes are acting up. On top of that when I first got the car it wasn't even cleaned out I know it's used but dam I'm paying my money too. Missed one road trip had to rent a car now I'm going to go back and see what they will do for me I'm scared as xxxx cause a female they really like to give us the sham and I don't want them to make things worse. I really wished I had went with my first intention and went to toyota down the street.......beware of those fast talkers bring a mechanic with you ladies please

It was a very easy transition.

It was a very easy transition. They located the exact car that I wanted. Talk to another Nissan dealer that claims it was not within 500 miles but the car was within South Carolina

Have been texting (they do not use email) with 3 managers

Have been texting (they do not use email) with 3 managers for 2 weeks, received 3 different quotes for the same car. Additionally tried to charge 525 dollars for docs, at their website it says "525 included in price". Finally when I accepted the proposal and ask them for the bill of sales, Internet Director sent me text that the car is sold! When phoned them in 30 mins using other phone, the sales person confirmed that the car was still available. Never met such "sales people" in my life. 2 weeks lost, time, effort etc. Avoid this "dealer".

Do NOT do business with this dealership!

After seeing a car I liked online I spoke with the dealership and had them send over the purchase order to my email so I could send to my bank , who by the way had already approved me and was ready to send over the check. I get the purchase order and it includes a $1k service warranty that I didn't ask for along with a $477 fee that their website plainly states was already included in advertised prices. Apparently they thought I would just go along with this. After calling them back, they were "graciously" going to remove the $477 fee that wasn't supposed to be on there anyways but REFUSED to remove the $1k service warranty that I never asked for. The car I was buying was literally still covered by factory warranty and they were trying to force me to pay for a warranty I didn't want. I'm not sure who they thought they were dealing with but I am not going to be pushed around. I would absolutely NOT suggest dealing with this dealership.
