I had an alignment done.

I had an alignment done. I went on a trip over Memorial Day weekend and the car no longer pulled to the left side which told me the job was well-done. I was taken home by shuttle so I could get things ready for my trip so I was appreciative of that availability. The shuttle also picked me up at home when the work was completed on my car. An all-around good experience.

Stephanie Hyos was great!

Stephanie Hyos was great! All of the service was great! A driver took me home while my car was being serviced and then I was picked back up to get my car by another driver. It was such great service. Both gentlemen were so kind and courteous.

The customer service is second to none.

The customer service is second to none. Tony is an awesome individual to deal with, and the service technicians completed my work in an unbelievably short period of time. Tony kept me informed of the repair progress over multiple days, and worked hard with my extended warranty company to ensure that all the major work required to be done on the car was covered. Thank you Tony for going out of your way to help me out!!

Stephanie H. was my service writer this time at Gerald Tpyota in Matteson and took care of my service appointment professionally and caringly. She kept me updated on the progress of the service and suggested other items that needed to be taken care of while I was there. My car came back with all the service completed and washed. The usual waiting room was being updated so I waited with others in a large room in a comfortable chair. The wait time was less than expected considering all the work that had been done.
