As at each of the previous visits for scheduled maintenance, I found that the work was done promptly, expertly, and all people with whom I dealt were pleasant and helpful. Mr. Kelvin Paul is always genial and knowledgeable.

I always get excellent service at Gerald Toyota of

I always get excellent service at Gerald Toyota of Matteson. My service writer, Kelvin Paul, helped me make an informed decision on a battery. My car service was finished earlier than I expected, and a text was sent to my phone letting me know what had been done and that my car was ready. Shortly after the text, Kelvin came, and we finished the paperwork. My car had been washed and was waiting for me in the parking lot. The waiting room is very nice too.

I appreciate getting the shuttle service to my house so I

I appreciate getting the shuttle service to my house so I didn't have to wait. I did have to wait for the shuttle but that's ok because the new lounge is beautiful. I was able to get some work done on my laptop. I wasn't given a car wash. Did I have to ask for that? Nobody offered. I though it was automatic.

Tony Talley (service adviser)was very helpful and explained what was to be done on the car. I liked the convenience to be driven home and picked up when service was complete. And Sarge, the man that did the driving was very courteous and friendly.
