I liked the fact that Mike Hayes educated me on what is

I liked the fact that Mike Hayes educated me on what is going on with my Apple CarPlay. Mine does not work well with 3rd party apps like Spotify and Pandora. In fact, Pandora is not working at all now because I have and iphone 13. Apple is careless in the way they update their infotainment system. You can talk with Mike Hayes instead of me telling you what appears to be the fundamental reason why my iphone 13 does not work.

The young man, Jay, who took care of me was very

The young man, Jay, who took care of me was very personable, even when I was flustered after having to drive all around the building to find a way in The young man, Jay, who took care of me was very personable, even when I was flustered after having to drive all around the building to find a way in. Also, availability of parts should be determined when scheduling appointments, not upon arrival. Otherwise, if parts are not available, it is a wasted trip (and time) for the customer.

I like that they put protective coverings over the wheel

My service representative, Jaaron. Was really nice. He was helpful and detailed pre and post my service. Also, I was told my service would take an hour and it was exactly an hour. Great time management
