They made it easy for me to bring in my car on short notice. They also did a great job of recapping everything that was done.

I was able to schedule tire service when I called early

I was able to schedule tire service when I called early morning but then tire was flat and couldn't drive car. Agent suggested to call Honda Care and gave me phone #. She said to still come if I could get there before 6 pm. The AAA man came in about an hour and quickly put spare on. I was an hour late for my appointment but Marissa at Gerald (not sure of name spelling) quickly checked me in and showed me the metal piece in the original tire. The mechanic was able to plug the tire neatly and quickly. Marissa was very kind and was able to get the $20 fee waived. I had already had a very hectic day and to come out of work to a flat tire was the last thing I needed, but the Gerald staff and the AAA man-Anthony made a bad situation into an excellent experience. Thank you to all for your kindness and hard work. It is very much appreciated!!

Waleed was one of the best salesman I”ve ever seen he did

Waleed was one of the best salesman I”ve ever seen he did such a good job putting me in a car that has not only doable payments but something that I genuinely love to drive. He was kind, he answered every single question we had, he just overall made sure we were taken care of without too much having to lift a finger. That's a great salesman to have on your team.
