Low end customer accommodations for Genesis

Owned many upscale cars including bmw, Audi, and now a Genesis g90 yet never saw a service waiting room as outdated, shabby, worn out with less amenities that that of my sons Chevy dealer. Secondly, I’ve neither had to wait so long for a loaner when needed, nor have I been squeezed into small models when I do.” At bmw, Audi, Benz .Want to compete with high end auto dealers… you need to up your act

I have owned multiple upscale cars including BMW and Audi but have never run into the following: 1. A downright rundown shabby waiting room for service. Stained rugs, split leather seats from wear, old school coffee server, no complimentary water. Muffler shops have nicer accommodations. 2. Loaners seldom available without long notice. When I do get one, I get one much smaller than my g90 If they want to be a dealership selling cars for 80k and up, they should act like it
