High Touch Service, Low Key Vibe
I had a great buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. My salesperson, Mike Perez, told me to bring in the best price that I found and I did. They met the price plus they handled the entire lease return of my Jeep. Barrington Motorwerks and MB Chicago told me that I was on my own for the Jeep. Overall, I had an easy buying experience and the dealership made sure that I knew all the details on the car. I also like the fact that they weren’t snobby and were very down-to-earth. I got a great price on fully warrantied GLB. Plus, my salesperson sent me a replacement license frame with my ala mater - just like the one that was on my Jeep. The finance experience was also very pleasant and easy. No hard sales. I think this is a start of a long relationship with MB of Hoffman Estates.

I just had a dream of having a Mercedes, and i started searching for some good vehicles. During my search, i found this dealership and i was introduced to Piotr Siemieniuk. I just told my basic needs and thats all!! Starting from explaining features of the vehicle, until purchasing process, i was assisted by him, and it helped me to finalize my decision, and went ahead with the purchase. During this, i was in need of financial assistance, and that process also well managed by the dealership and all the corresponding team. I am happy that, within few days, all the process completed, and believe me, i did not even visited the dealership location. All the process was hassle free, and including my signature process. Its all well managed and all the team, particularly, Piotr Siemieniuk was amazing, reactive and always approachable. Also, for explaining all the financing process, Michael Spooner took my application and he assisted until the approval process gets completed, and experience with Michael was also amazing. Overall, i am very happy with the dealership, and their team, and fully satisfied with their services. Thanks Piotr and Michael for all your support during this process and making this happen.

A0 Service and wheel repair
I have been bringing my 2014 C350 Coupe to MB of Hoffman Estates for service since I purchased it. Jason Palmer has been my guy when I drop off my vehicle. He always goes over the service and costs associated. As soon as I agree to the repairs he gets me in a loaner and gets me on my way. I really appreciate I can text, email, or call with any inquiries. This makes my life a lot easier. I feel like the MB team takes my personal time into consideration when attending to my servicing needs. That being said, my only concern is repair costs. I understand I purchased a Mercedes Benz but I am also a Lexus owner and do not recall paying as much as I have for maintenance on the MB vehicle.
