Upon walking up to the lot, was greeted by Edgar, who listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick out an suv to surprise my sister with, couldn't of made a better deal anywhere else, he got me a great deal! He is the quintessential salesman and really sets the bar and goes that extra mile! Looking forward to doing future business with him!!

So disappointed in yet another visit.

So disappointed in yet another visit. Won't be going back after this visit for sevice.cant even begin to explain this time driver got lost yet again after giving turn by turn directions 3rd time now I have been stranded twice now as weather gets colder but telling me nothing is wrong. Last time I had to take a video and then the transmission had to be replaced but was told on numerous occasions nothings wrong based on our CODES. Same thing this time our code don't show anything even though I've been stranded twice. Then today after the driver figured out where we were he left me with a tank literally below empty the gauge didn't even register. I had to chase him down tell him to follow me to a station so I didn't get stranded again. Then I specifically told the service guy that my oil change was due as well showing him my winder sticker but they didn't do that either. So days and nothing was done but left me with a bone dry tank and more miles on my car

Edgar the sales rep and Stan the finance manager we're both honest answering my questions and mad my buying experience great overall. We had been hunting for a while running into the dreaded markup and scenarios that just didn't feel right. From the minute we walked in to the time we drove out everything went smoothly and we were treated as valued customers. We traded in our vehicle and received the fair trade value we had anticipated. We opted for ZGuard and LoJack and the Extended warranty and agreed on a fair deal overall without a markup! Unheard of right? They made it happen!
