Clean, all personnel we interacted with were professional in manner, even overlapping from department to department.

Great service except a long wait. This was due to the software update from KIA. What was to take 45 minutes took close to 5 hours to complete! They offered to drive me somewhere and I chose home and they picked me up when the service was completed. William was a great advisor and an asset to Gettle Kia
