I have two Kia that we bought new from Kia when it was

I have two Kia that we bought new from Kia when it was other dealership and we where happy with their service but when it was bought by Gettel everything changed and not for the best. I took both of my vehicle to get service at Gettel Kia and I was not pleased either time. I am in the market for other vehicle and we made our decision that it will not be in a Gettel franchise.

I am very happy with the service department doing routine

I am very happy with the service department doing routine maintenance on my 2019 Kia Niro. On the other hand, I have been waiting since mid-October for their collision center to get the parts to repair my vehicle that was in a rear-end collision. The last time I was in, the person handling Allstate claims couldn't find my file. Today is January 26. How can I be happy about that.
