Matt Stroud is the reason I came to Gettel Kia. He is the BEST service advisor, hands down. His customer service is top of the line! I refer everyone I know to him. In my opinion, the service advisor makes or breaks the service experience. And Matt makes it a phenomenal experience every time! He will make a great service manager! One of my general managers once told me that it is a lot cheaper and easier to keep the customers that you already have than to go get new ones. If Matt serviced all of your customers, you would NEVER lose a customer!
