Fast purchase guys jumped on trade appraisal and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade and I left with a used truck that suited my work needs.

There was a recall on my car, They fixed the issue and got my car back to where it should be.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change (10 min service) and chose Kia dealer since it is a new car purchased from them. It takes me 30-40 min to get to the dealer and upon arriving for a scheduled appointment I was told it would be 1-1.5 HOURS!! After 1hr 40min I was informed that my vehicle was done and it was getting washed. I thought this would be no more than another 5-10 min operation but 20 min later I asked them to "just get me the car as I did not plan on being here for OVER 2 HOURS for a simple oil change." At that time the lot attendant was bringing my car up to just now start vacuuming it so I asked him for they keys and left. Because of the extensive time at the dealer, I was now in rush hour traffic so 4 hours after leaving for a 10 min oil change I was back home. My business is going elsewhere as taking my vehicle to Gettel Kia for basic service offers no value over a local Quick Lube operation. Customer Service at Kia new they were taking excessive time to perform service that day and should have contacted me to ask to reschedule instead they lost my business.

Service always excellent from buying my car and having it serviced at your dealership. Emiliano is an excellent service technician. I usually have Russell since buying my car but he was off this day and Emiliano did a great job. Keep up the excellent work.....??
