This place is a rip off ,first they called to let me know

This place is a rip off ,first they called to let me know it might be my engine and they were the ones that replaced it . Then got a quote stating it’s the alternator and bad battery and a few more issues .I had a bad alternator and was charged $1300 they also told me my brand new battery was drained. But because my car won’t move I made them work on the alternator even thou it was so expensive. I could have had it done else where for $800 altogether. anyway brought my battery back to where I bought it because it had warranty they told me they couldn’t take the battery because it was a 99% a good battery. Kia told me I would need a new battery for $298!! good thing I took the risk and didn’t pay for a battery what else could they be lying about with my car how would such a large dealership wouldn’t know if it’s a good battery or not?

Easy to schedule routine maintenance. And I really appreciate their use of Business Uber so I can go home while my oil change is happening.
