The sales staff made it a great experience purchasing a new 2024 vehicle. We had been taking our old 2017 Sedona there for service for a few years and the service department was always honest, efficient and friendly.

Sold me a "Certified" pre-owned that still needed a part

Sold me a "Certified" pre-owned that still needed a part (wasn't in yet) to complete the certification and now no one will return my calls to get the part put in. Wondering what I did to be ignored. Been trying for over two weeks. Not a call, not an email. Nothing. Weird, since I told them I was okay waiting until the car was ready. Eager to sell a car that wasn't ready, then don't care once the deal is done. Thought this was an old school style of sales. Apparently not.
