If there was a negative star review the numbers would be there. All is well when the money is in your pocket but as soon as you give it to them, so long sucka! The car stopped at the red light leaving the dealership but I had to get back to work and came back the weekend and they wouldnt even look at it. Its been failing progressively ever since. Buyer beware. And they are actively tracking the vehicle using some kind of GPS tracking system.

I recently purchased a car from Direct Car Company and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Arlo sold me a car with a faulty warranty, and when I approached him about it after the check engine light came on just three months into driving, he callously stated that the car was sold "as is" and denied my claim. It's clear that he sells lemons and doesn't stand behind his products. Save yourself the headache and avoid purchasing from this company.

I was lied to from the very beginning but did not know
I was lied to from the very beginning but did not know until I had signed the paper work and the money had been paid. I was told everything worked as it should. It was a rain storm when car was dropped of. The horn did not work, no brake lights at all, only one head light was working, the passenger window does not work, the power door lock on driver side does not work, the engine has a severe oil leak, right rear tail light broken and the donut spare was flat with no treads Not to mentio that non of the interior lights are working as well as the trunk light. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the deal that I received. I had to wait over four hours for the delivery from Houston and I only live 90 miles from there.

There was more issues with this car that was mentioned in my report. I have had four certified mechanics telling me that this car shuld have never been sold as I received.

It's a no for me!!!
They had me make a blank trip on purpose. I called about a vehicle 30 minutes prior to arriving and it mysteriously sold. Some of the vehicles they showed me didn't even start up. It's a no for me!!!

I had 515 credit and they were able to get me in a all white Benz with all the bells and whisles. im SO HAPPY with my purchase and how easy it was, if you literally have 2-3k down they will work with you and get you in your dream car. And then just your proof of income!!! I 10/10 and 5 stars. Arlo was also such a kind and professional guy helped me through the process and made sure I was happy with my purchase!
